I’m very upset. I spent $90 here. I even informed the woman who took my money that I’ve never been here before when picking out what type of package I’d like. She was like that’s ok but never informed me about anything. So we go to play games it was so hot I was sweating within the first 5 minutes. I figured we’d play games then eat. Mind you we didn’t get informed or see any signs about the buffet. When that shouldn’t have been the case we got there around 7 so I figured we’d play games first we got two hours that’s perfect. I see in other reviews that the problems I’ve had are ones other people have had as well. So we get overheated and head to eat we grab drinks grab a table and then head to get food. They had barely anything out and it was small portions and kept on heat trays for idk how long. So we grab what we can and as we’re getting food they’re taking more away. I go to grab a salad and some of the things they had out had gnats on the food so I got what didn’t look bad because why would I spend $90 to play games and eat when if I knew this is how it was gonna be I would have took my business to Chuck E. Cheese or Peter pipers. And as we sit down and barely start eating a employee comes up and says so this eating area is closed but I see you have full plates so I’ll give you 5 minutes and then I’m going to have to ask yall to leave. I was so upset but ofc I said alright even though I wanted to say that that’s ridiculous because I wasn’t informed any of this. So at first I came to terms with the heat the price and the fact that there was slim pickings for food but then to be rushed to eat because they wanna clean that area even though we still had an hour till closing at that point I was like forget this lets cash in my daughters points and leave it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. My daughter didn’t get to eat I barely touched my food. And I saw in another review that they make an announcement but they should inform us when we pay because I would have been like no we’ll come back here another day so we can get the full experience and I TOLD HER IVE NEVER BEEN HERE BEFORE. That was the perfect opportunity for her to tell me that we should eat at the buffet before playing because it and the eating area closes soon but no. Apparently they inform you through an intercom announcement but how am I supposed to hear that if I’m in the game area when it’s loud as hell and they literally have a huge garage fan that’s also loud on top of the children screaming and all the games and rides going on. I drove a long way to have a good experience here with my daughter because a friend recommended it. But best believe I will never recommend this place and me or anyone I can tell will not be coming here again it’s overpriced and disappointing your staff needs to be informing people when they pay because I would have never paid for this experience i honestly want a refund I’m angry that I wasted my money here because it wasn’t...
Read moreDiscriminated against a person with Type 1 diabetes which I'm pretty sure is against the law.
When I went in to get passes, I had a closed bottle of sugar water on me just in case of a sugar crash. I am required to carry sugar on me at all times. The cashier told me I can't bring in outside food or drink. I explained that I'm a diabetic and have to carry sugar at all times.
She called over another employee that told me to read the sign outside. I again explained I am diabetic and must carry sugar at all times. I showed her my insulin and needles to try and prove I was a diabetic and also offered to put it in my pocket if it caused issue with other guests seeing it and maybe thinking they could do the same.
She said it didnt matter, it is against company policy. I asked if she would be ok with me passing out on the floor because that can and has happened in severe hypoglycemia cases. She said no but I still can't bring it.
This wasn't an issue of not getting a purchase as I'd already paid for entry and food/drink.
One last time I tried, thinking it's just the outside drink that was the problem and maybe we can compromise, satisfy the issue with outside drink and I can keep something I have to carry at all times. But if I don't have it, it can possibly cause me to pass out and hit the all concrete floor with my head or flat out go unconscious and die. This can happen and walking burns more sugar making it worse, it adds time that it can drop lower and I won't be conscious to drink and very possible I fall. So I asked if I could empty my drink and put a beverage from their fountain sodas in the bottle, shit the cap and and keep it on me.
I was told I could not and that if I needed sugar I could walk across the building and get some. They had me throw the bottle away. For a diabetic this is my medicine, I was told to throw away a life saving medication.
When a type 1 diabetics sugar drops it can cause coordination issues like much difficulty walking and s confused state similar to being drunk. If I need sugar quickly and i am about to pass out, walking far on a concrete floor could be an issue. I am supposed to get sugar immediately and sit down in a chair to avoid injury.
Later I find out the drink machines shut down an hour before closing so even that wasn't immediately available without taking the walk and then hoping I'm conscious enough to ask an employee to turn the machine on.
The chances I have a sugar crash aren't incredibly high but it does happen in those cases it is life threatening.
I have never had an issue with a business denying me sugar on my person.
I don't feel this was right at all and very...
Read moreMy nice had her 9th birthday party here. March 3rd. Worse party ever.
The hostess was barely in there, We brought this to the attention of the manager on duty and still this was not mitigated. The hostess seemed unfamiliar to the process so if by chance the hostess was new then the establishment needs to have better training. Being new to a company is not an excuse for the absence. It is literally your job to be present and prepared to HOST a party. Not try to talk everyone out of the perks. When asked when can my niece go into the ticket booth and spin the wheel the host said “Are you sure she wants too”…. Ummm 🤔 what? When we asked about the cake because the kids were getting restless stuck in a room with no entertainment the host said “are you sure you want the cake? We can remove it from the party price” (which we ended up doing because it took her way to long to bring it.) After 30 minutes waiting we told her not to bring it.
The party was supposed to come with short videos which was nonexistent.
Food so cold It was just awful. Things that should be hot was not!!
We did manage to get 1 pizza made for the party but only 1 because the host was nowhere to be found most of the time. We called ahead of time to inform the team that we have a gluten free person and was told we could order her food when we got there. But we couldn't find the host. So my grandmother had to go order it herself at the pizza station and wait for her buzzer so she could go get her pizza.
My niece caught a bunch of tickets in the ticket booth and never got the prize wheel bonus because none was loaded into her ticket card. The 500 tickets that came with the party were not loaded onto her card either. I had to go ask for it and they attempted to argue with me to the point my niece was starting to cry. Finally was able to get the ticket points for her.
The party came with 2 hours of play time but all our cards lasted 1 hour before shutting down. The only decorations was a table cloth on the two tables.
My niece never got her “special gift” that came with the party package.
We were told there would be engagement from the host doing fun party games, NOT ONE SINGLE ENGAGEMENT WITH THE CHILDREN HAPPENED!
400 bucks + for full blown disappointment
Pictures of the “decorations”, no other decorations were in the room.
We did not get “invitations or...
