I gave the atmosphere 4 stars, because well, it's pretty simple and hipster-ish, not fancy. But that's ok. It was tidy, friendly, and just fine for a quick meal. About the food... I have to say the coconut jasmine rice was a surprising delight. My husband ordered the rice bowl with brisket and I was surprised that the rice wasn't the usual plain jasmine we're used to at Vietnamese restaurants. It tasted perfectly coconutty and surprisingly went well with the meal. Now, the brisket was delicious and tender, but doesn't have the flavor you'd expect for a Vietnamese dish. But I appreciated the brisket more in my noodle bowl where I could spice it up Vietnamese style with the sauce. We ordered another noodle bowl with pork for my daughter to-go. I think the pork is seasoned more Vietnamese style. It looks delicious. I'm too stuffed to taste it for the review, but may let you know how our daughter rates it.

I appreciated all the reviews that gave us a heads up about the 12% service charge for dine in. It's a guaranteed tip for the servers and I don't fault them for that, because they still have to deliver your food, come around to check on you, and clean up after you. That deserves a tip, even though you order your food at the counter. And I'm ok with the 6% take out charge. Again, it's a guaranteed tip for the servers who pack up the food for you. Can you tell I used to be a server? Much respect to the wait staff, because sometimes you have to deal with the rude or impatient, or people who are just having a bad day. All the servers were super nice and pleasant and made our first time here very enjoyable.

I also ordered the Thai Tea with boba and rum, which was a nice dessert for me!

Sorry, we have no photos. We dug right into our dinner! BTW, next time we're thinking to come back for happy hour which is M-F 4-6pm and 9pm-close. $2 off the wings, ribs, bar bites,...

Somehow our maps took us to the wrong Vietnamese restaurant and this was where we ended up. Wanted a place that looked a little more authentic but was not disappointed in how this place looked coming in. Definitely a more hipster vibe and very friendly service.

Would definitely recommend this place to the general crowd looking for a nice little viet place for a quick bite. Garnish is done well enough to not cause questions and food and seasoning is perfect for those who’s not used to eating viet food growing up.

However, for the crowd that grows up eating viet food, I would definitely not recommend this place. If you’re looking for authentic viet food, this isn’t it. We ordered wings, and that was overcooked or extremely dry albeit, good seasoning. The rice is jasmine rice which is one of the easiest rice to cook with but ours here came out a little too wet and cold. Jasmine rice should be cooked dry and served warm with viet food. For the price, you get a protein and carbs loaded with garnishes, is just not something you typically go for at an authentic viet restaurant.

Overall, great staff and ambiance, not the best when it comes to...

We came here for lunch on the weekend. It was busy, but was able to find a table without any delays. You order at the counter and they'll deliver it when ready. We ordered a few snacks as an appetizer. These were the Wings and the Candied Cashews. They came out very quickly and we're perfect for sharing.

The main dishes are basically served as Banh Mi, Goi, Rice, or in Bun with your choice of meat. If not clear, it's basically the base of the same ingredients served as a Banh Mi sandwich or over Rice or over Noodles or over Cabbage. Once you determine your base, you pick your meat of Pork, Brisket, Chicken, Shrimp, or Veggies. Lastly, you pick if you want any additional sauce over it.

We had a large party so had every one of the bases with various meats. I preferred the noodles with pork and Singh's sauce, but all were very similar and came down to personal preference. I really liked the Singh's sauce and bought a small bottle which is basically Chili Oil Crunch.

Food was freshly made and tasted great. Service was good and was able to use the free Wi-Fi...

Delicious and flavorful! The Bun with rice noodles and grilled meat was perfectly seasoned, fresh, and satisfying. 🥢✨ The portions are generous, the ingredients taste fresh, and everything is beautifully presented. Service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxed yet vibrant. Definitely one of the best spots for Vietnamese food in town!

I ordered the chicken bun for take out. The unexpected: - rice noodles were slightly thicker than I expected for bun - nuoc mam was kinda spicy which I didn't love but that's just my personal preference - pickled carrots and daikon were shredded, not julienned The good: - service was fine, just ordered at the counter -the lemongrass chicken is delicious, very strong marinade, making it possibly a little salty even but it's good paired with plain rice noodles The bad: - the noodles had hard pieces, as in it wasn't fully cooked or they let it sit out for a long time after cooking and it dried out. Nothing dangerous, but very unpleasant to eat and very easily resolved if they were paying attention. - the cost - it's already priced pretty high ($14) but acceptable if your food is excellent, but then they add a 12% charge automatically if you dine in and 5% charge for take out. Like, how do you justify that? It's a counter service place where you order at the counter and are given a number. So if you're looking at menu prices online, expect it to be at least 5% more.
