The way these employees of this very specific location turn down their customers is extremely sad . Been coming to this location for 10 years and after this day of July 17 I will sure never be back. It was 10:15 pm when I decided to pull in the drive in . The person taking order says: drive through only at this time . Alright then I go in the drive through and as Iām sitting there 20 minutes go pass by . Someone barely says weāll be back w you shortly as Iām sitting there no one talks back in another 20 minutes that go by . I find it strange as Iām the only one sitting in the whole parking lot . As the minutes go by no one says nothing and I keep trying to say hello in the speaker but no one seems to answer as i find it strange I decide to pull up to the window 3 more cars come behind me and a girl crazy stoned drugged slowly says hi I say are you guys open ? She claims yes . Then looks at me like some weird person like cmon Iām just trying to place an order 40 min ago . She takes my order . I wait there for ANOTHER 15 MINUTES. Some different girl opens the window and says hi how can I help you without any sign of wanting to take my order I mention I had already placed an order with the other girl and this girl tries to act thug and say she doesnāt know anything about it while the other girl is just there banging music and on her phone unbothered. She tries to say what I wanted to order was āā no good āā i process to give up and say I donāt want anything anymore as I already wasted a whole HOUR just trying to order some sonic girl working shuts the window on me without a word like girl are you even gonna apologize for your whole service . I am taking step on this and calling their corporate. Because it is not fair to do this to a business thatās apparently in hours of operation just for some lazy employees to brush off their customers with excuses and ignorance they should be sued !!! Ā Ā Ā Read moreOne of the worst experiences ever⦠Today I went to sonic and ordered a mini blast with extra Oreo and a medium blue coconut slush with bursting bubbles. The wait took 45 minutes and there had to be only 4-5 other cars. When I got my food they did not bring a spoon or a straw. I asked for a spoon and straw and our carhop seemed annoyed and was reluctant to grab then. I take a look at my blast and it had no Oreos in it at all. I had very politely told the girl if she could just put some Oreos on top of the blast she flat out said āno.ā Then my brother told me that there were no bubbles in his slush. I called over the manager and I explained the situation. I showed him the slush and stirred it around in front of him so he could see there was no bubbles. He responded āwell I put them in thereā I said āsir but Iām stirring it in front of us and I havenāt seen one.ā I also did the same with my blast and he said the same thing. I just asked him if he could just bring us a cup with Oreos and with the bubbles so he didnāt have to remake it. He said āno because I put them in there.ā I then just asked for my refund and he didnāt give me a refund. So once again manager and carhop was extremely rude and had no sense of customer service at all. I already have low expectations for sonic but this is past low expectations. They didnāt even give me what I had paid for. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI placed a mobile order using their app, when I arrived, it asked for my stall number. I typed in the stall number and for about a minute the order board showed my order being prepared. Then everything went wrong.
The board said there was a error and you press the red button. I told the employee I had a mobile order and they said it would be right out. The order reappeared only to disappear again about three minutes later.
Over 15 minutes went by, and my order never came out. I had only ordered $4 worth of food. I press the red button again and told them I was still waiting. They said my order would be out right away. The employee brought my food out, and apologized for it taking so long. I open the bag and it was someone else's food, I had ordered a burger and tater tots and this bag had four orders of Cinnabons.
they took the order back and a few minutes later the correct order came out. This time the food was cold oh, I assumed it had just been sitting there since I ordered it.
When I buzzed in again to tell them my food was cold, the employee told me the reason it was cold was I didn't punch in my stall number when I arrived. when I told them I had told somebody to order board had an error oh, they offered to replace the order, which took another 8 minutes.
I drove away with hot food, only to discover down the road my tater tots tasted like chocolate for some reason.
It seems my entire experience was a malfunction of both technology and human. I rarely eat at Sonic, and had never used the app before. Needless to say this experience...
