Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in San Antonio

Today I went in for my regular Sweater Weather beverage which is my favorite drink that I order from locations across town depending on where I’m at in the day. I have never had the need to ask to have a beverage remade until today. I do not know what drink was made for me, but it was not Sweater Weather! I told the guy that made it for me and he was apparently insulted and wanted to argue about my drink stating it “is” Sweater Weather but would make it again. He did but sheesh…he was pretty angry about it slamming cups and splashing stuff everywhere. It was the same beverage he made the first time…not Sweater Weather! I drink these a few times a week and know what they taste like. I nicely told him it was still wrong and I got “the look.” Instead of getting in a nasty fight about it which I felt was coming from him, I drove off and went to the Kitty Hawk location (where I visit most often) and they apologized, fixed it right away and it was perfect as always. They agreed that it did not look like Sweater Weather. Maybe if the guy at the Nacogdoches location could have listened a second instead of trying to be so dang defensive, this could have been resolved in 2 minutes instead of me driving 20 minutes to another location. I will avoid going to this location...

Went this morning to pick up some coffee and as I was placing my order, the car next was a older white lady yelling saying it wasn’t my turn to place my order yet the employee approached my vehicle so I can place my order , so I place my order and try and drive up but the lady next to me cuts me off almost like she tried to hit my car in line so she now can place her order the lady next to me continues to yell that she works at this location and states that she knows how this works that she is in the right and I’m in the wrong. She continues to the window to just chat and laugh with the person at the window I’m guessing they are friends since they are coworkers , we had to wait in line since her order wasn’t ready since she was out of place definitely won’t be returning to...

We go to this location quite a lot. Last night we we got there about 9:20 and only about half the lights were on and the usual music wasn’t playing. The guy seemed really bothered that we showed up and ordered. We asked if they were closed and he said they were about to be. I said I thought y’all were open until 10:00pm. He said they were. He gave us half of our order and never saying thank you or anything. We sat there for a minute and told him he forgot the rest. He quickly got the rest of the order and handed it to us. Again not a thank you or kiss my @ss or nothing. He clearly is not Dutch Brother material. I don’t know if this is a training location or what because I never see the same worker twice and...
