12-13:24: was told they were out of mozzarella sticks. Told me to come back in 2 days when the truck gets there. I show up a few days later and they have no clue what I'm talking about.
Horrible Food & Service I placed an online order and checked in only to be waiting for 30 minutes. I pressed the red button and my food was magically ready in less than 2 minutes...that's not the worst part.... I ordered a total of four items, of which half of them were edible. My footling coney was absolutely disgusting. The sausage part was very tough and had an odd taste like beef jerky. It almost seemed like it was the food from the day before 🤢 Lastly, my corn dog was not crispy at all, barely warm and the inside was cold / undercooked. I could've gone back to get new items, but I did not want to waste my whole lunch break waiting for bad food. After this whole experience, I ended up paying $14 for a pretzel, 4 mozzarella cheese sticks and a drink. Had to throw away half of my food . Overall, this locations seriously needs to step it up. Read moreThis is the second sonics drive-thru that I have came to who didn't answer the red button. As I was pulling in they were already maybe five cars and three more pulled in as I was pulling in. Lady waitress had came out and counted cars as she had a order in her hand for a customer that was already there. At least 5 minutes that buzzer was blinking. I have my windows down a little bit so they wasn't speaking to any other customers. I left and just shortly down the road there was a Five Guys. Five Guys has saved the day for a second time because this is not the first time that I pulled up to a different sonics here in Texas and they ignored the red buzzer. Five Guys is right across the street that time so guess where I went. I think I'm just stop going to Sonic's and just spend my money at Five Guys because it seems like Sonic's at least locally here in Texas it's going downhill. Almost certain it's a national thing. Terrible customer service. They don't hear or don't care when you tell him no onions in your cheesy tots. They missed 2 orders of fries before. I'm just done with Sonic I don't care about no half off drinks. I'm done. Bad customer service turns me away and their customer service...
Read moreThis Sonic used to be good, but the last three times we went there it was bad and tonight was the worst. First we could not get service at the order box in the parking slot. The red light blinked for about 15 minutes, and no one came on the line. Left there, and went through the drive through. The person taking the order got it all wrong. My hot dog was cold and soggy, and they put whipped cream on the milk shakes, although we specifically had asked them not to. They added cheese to the hamburger,although we requested it without. I went back through the drive through line and asked them to correct the hot dog order, and give me a warm, cooked, not soggy, Chicago dog. A person came to the window, asked me a bunch of dumb questions,("do you want it steamed?") gave equally dumb excuses," (We refrigerate our ingredients") and then gave me another slimy, undercooked hot dog that fell apart i my hands, oozing with relish our every oreface. I used to love the Chicago dog, have eaten it there before and know how they are supposed to be. This is our neighborhood Sonic. So sad that I have to quit...
