First off if I could take stars away and give them negative it would be --⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I waited 15 minutes after I checked in to pick up my mobile order… then had to call twice, the first time it sent me to some sort of voicemail. Second time the kid had no idea what I meant and said I’m going out to give someone their order just yell at me. Comes to me and has no idea and says ok I’ll go check. All the while 5 cars have come and got there order… so he comes back gives me my drink and says I’ll bring your food out when it’s ready… comes back another 10 minutes and says they don’t have any hat I ordered if I want to switch it. This is ridiculous. I’ve been here a total of 25 minutes I have 30 minutes for lunch… and for whoever reads this for sonic I am not escalating this YOU do it! This is ridiculous that it has to come to this in the first place it’s not hard to cook food and bag it. I’ve done it plenty of times. Also there is a homeless person living at the corner of order stalls. Never again from this sonic… btw I’m one of the mailmen in the area and frequent this spot because there’s not much around but u definitely lost my business from here on out

I would advise canceling any order you might have made now. We Made an online order. Pulled into a stall at the sonic and sent the stall number online for pickup. We then notice the group of people standing and sitting at one end weren't people ordering & eating, they were homeless people hanging out. 1st we had a dog come jumping up on our car had to yell to get off as a man approached trying to sell some used junk and asking for $$. My son had to yell at him to go away after trying to nicely say No Tks 2x. Someone else finally whistled for dog also. My son by this time had also pushed button for svc 3-4 times. No answer. 1 customer in line. So we drove around to go thru drive thru. Asked for our online order and when we pulled up the young guy didnt greet us. Just thrusted the 2 drinks at us and we had to honk to ask for straws. This was the most uncomfortable, unsafe feeling, rude service, unkept, nasty looking sonic with horrible tasting non mixed drinks we've ever been to or gotten. They wouldn't even answer the phone the numerous times we called. Hopefully our review will get the attn / response warranted.

Get people that do their jobs, or actually do something. It’s sad and pathetic. This was a Saturday afternoon; If you’re not ready for that volume at that time, just close the store entirely. We arrived at 11:22AM, and still arrived late for our obligation at noon, despite being less than 7 minutes away. Do better or don’t bother.

I'm only giving this two stars because the drive-thru is halfway decent. Unfortunately, that's the ONLY place you can get service at this location! Three-quarters of the stalls don't work at all (screen dark/button doesn't light up), and they ignore the rest. Order on the app? Might as well pick up through the drive-thru because they sure aren't bringing it out to you. The first few times I went to this location, I gave up on the stalls because they weren't answering after 15-20 minutes of waiting. The next to last time I went, I ordered through the app and checked in at a working stall but only got my food because the lady next to me finally got someone to answer the button: she'd also ordered through the app and had been waiting 45 minutes. I'd been waiting over 20 at that point. The last time, which will be the last time I ever go, I ordered through the app, checked in at a working stall, waited 30 minutes, pushed the button, waited 15 more minutes, WENT INSIDE (this is one of the few that actually has a dining room) because the drive thru was wrapped around the building, got dripped on by the ac, and still had to wait because they'd just then realized I'd checked in on the app (I overheard the cook tell the cashier as much). I'm pretty sure the only reason they even knew I was inside was because there was someone else ordering when I went in. The inside is just as run down as the outside and badly in need of a deep clean, plus the aforementioned a/c was dripping condensation from a rusty vent despite it being warm inside. I will not be going back. Oh, and be forewarned if you go around 3pm on a school day: there's a middle school a block away and an elementary school across the street, and there are parents who use the parking lot as a pick-up zone. I almost couldn't get from the stalls to the store last time because so many were parked where they...

I recently stopped at Sonic on Vance Jackson. I am pretty sure everyone is very well aware about all the areas the store could definitely improve on. The store definitely could use more storage to keep the counter area clean and clear for customers to place their orders. On the Flipside. I definitely want to commend one employee by the name of Victoria. This is one very respectful loyal and hard-working individual. I definitely have seen her work as I waited for my order. And I can honestly say that she has been working very hard to the best of her ability to get not only the drive-thru customer orders but also the orders at the counter. She definitely demonstrated patience and empathy to a customers understanding of the orders. I definitely give her a five star her hard work and complete coolness when it comes to being under pressure. But of course is everybody knows this restaurant is understaffed and could definitely use more employees to help not only the cooks but the drive-thru and prep area. Hopefully they will get everything back on track when it comes to giving customers their proper change. So everyone do your best to be patient with the employees there at this location it's not easy for two people to get a large order for everyone so please be patient. Everything will be all right and this Sonic will definitely some way somehow get back on track. Now going back to Victoria I definitely want to say thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for helping and individual with disability carrying his products to his vehicle and placing them in a secure area so the customer does not have to worry about spillovers. I have to share my horrible experience in hopes that no one else will have to.... I ordered thru the phone app at 2:35pm during a weekday, drove to this location to pick up order at stall 16. Checked in as the app directed me too and it let me know that my order was on its way. I waited approx. 7-8 min. and nothing. I called for service at the stall and this rude employee comes on the intercom at which time I tell him I am there to pick up my order, ordered from app. He then proceeds to tell me that at this time they are only doing drive thru. I take my place in line, which is about 8th and i kid you not this line moved at a turtles pace. As i park at the window, another 5 min. go by and no customer service in sight. Jermaine comes to the window and gives me a total, I aske" For what?". I am here to pick up my order that i placed over 40 min. ago. He rolls his eyes and shuts the window. He attempts to hand me my order and I tell him that I want it freshly made because I know its been sitting under a heat lamp and that I will be parked on the next lane waiting. Not even 3 min. later he brings me out the order. I know damn well that was not a fresh order and God only knows what went on in that kitchen. This dump needs to be demolished!! BBB will be notified of their practice...
