Whataburger — Restaurant in San Antonio

We ordered 2 burgers 1 large onion rings and 2 chocolate shakes the guy asked me if I wanted the meals I said no I would like what I ordered he said it would be 27.83 I'm like wow ok I paid it they brought the food to the table with a tea the shakes french fries I brought the french fries back and my wife looked at the receipt and said he charged you for meals I told the guy this isn't what I ordered he then told me that he don't make mistakes and that he's not giving me any money back and he thinks I better go I am in a wheelchair and on oxygen I am not intimidating in any way .but I just simply looked at him and said well sir I suggest you call the police because I am not the one who is wrong here at that point 2 girls came up and said they were going to fix it they said my actual order with the tea was 25 88 or something so I am only getting 1.65 cents talke it and have a good night.so what they in essence told me is that aedium fry and an ice tea is 165. I went outside and one of the other customers said they think your homeless and that's how they treat all the homeless because most homeless do not think that anyone will believe them over a manager or an authoritative person. God is watching that Whataburger now and hopefully thanks to this post you will too. These people are already having a really rough life and people like this who use their fake status to bully people really irritates me. I'd have thought about it had I just heard it on the street but with God as my Witness I experienced it first hand they should be ashamed of themselves. If you are looking for work I do not recommend this whataburger the employee Laura brown hair she is rude to the other workers and she yells in their faces I've never worked at a Whataburger that was so horrible and she even told the manager LISA that she would slap me and what did Lisa do?nothing.because they are friends I told Lisa that she should not be acting like that in a place of work and that it is disgusting and disturbing and Lisa only told me that that's just her Laura would not only act ugly to me she acted ugly to the guys as well one time she yelled in the kitchen at my co worker reico over a Dr pepper telling him to make it and he refused because of how she was treating him she was yelling so loud that the customers in the dine in could hear her so trashy and Lisa defended her actions and when I was about to leave before I left all the guys there had apologized to me and said that this is why no girls work there because of them 3 girls one of the girls was on the grill but Laura and Lisa were the main problem I told the guys that it is okay when I had quit Lisa and Duane called me I told Duane what was happening he said I should have told HR but honestly I was embarrassed and told him that Lisa knew and he said that he needs me and that they need people I said sorry🤷DO...

A few days prior to this visit we had ordered an Apple and cranberry salad with crispy chicken. Upon getting home we looked at the receipt and noticed that we were charged for chicken strips instead of the chicken salad. We spoke to a manager by the name of Juan and he was very kind and professional and said that we could return to the restaurant with our receipt and we could get a free meal for the inconvenience. We returned to the restaurant today and explained the situation to a cashier and a manager, we were told to pull up to the window and so we did. The cashier was very rude when we pulled up, we handed her the receipt and the manager came shortly after and aggressively opened the window and asked me "So...what happened??" with a very unprofessional attitude. The situation was then explained to the manager and she reluctantly provided us with a complementary Apple and chicken salad but all the while she had a very annoyed face and when our food was ready aggressively handed us the food and as we were leaving the cashier made a snarky comment about us returning to the restaurant.
