South Flo Pizza In H-E-B — Restaurant in San Antonio

Very disappointed with the recent interaction I had last night. After having some struggle with the kiosk I decided to to just go ahead and do an in person order however after waiting for five minutes and being ignored by the employees I was met with a very hostile “what do you want”. After responding with a “I would like to place an order” the employee rolled her eyes didn’t move from where she was at and proceeded to say “You can take it on the kiosk” and trying to explain the situation she cuts me off and goes “ well what did you want to order” made no move towards the register was still a distance away so it was like I was basically shouting at this point and I simply told her my order and she proceeded to do everything she can to make no effort to come my way, and instead of just typing in my order She goes “well the kiosk is working” at this point she just was reluctant to take my order in any way. obviously if the kiosk was working I would have ordered and saved myself the hassle and terrible interaction. After explaining to her that I was having trouble with the kiosk and her fully listening she just gave me a side eye and said “okay” still not moving from where she was at. And ignoring me once again. I proceeded to tell her “never mind” Honestly as a company that has values of great hospitality she was a bad representation of it. It’s sad to see that kiosk are just another way/ excuse for employees to ignore customer interaction. Heb really needs to re-teach southern hospitality and wanting to help...

First off, I love heb, I love it so much I refuse to move anywhere there isn’t one. I will say that their ingredients are fresh and . I ordered a veggie supreme and a Hawaiian large pizza. The veggies tasted like I hand picked them in their produce aisle right across from them. The Hawaiian was great with the amazing taste of bacon and ham and efficacious amount of pineapple. I gave them 3 stars based on 2 big components; one: the lack of marinara sauce and two: the dough being too spongy. In the veggie supreme the cheese overpowers everything and the Hawaiian, if it wasn’t for the bacon it would have the same effect. The price is great and they have coupons that Gives you free pasta like today but compared to the major chains or Peter piper which is known for their crust this is like eating cafeteria pizza. NO. 1 In cleanliness and constancy! I have eaten in all pizza places. Even the top national chains. The top national pizza chains don't have a constant product. One location is good the other is not to say the least.

Or one time you get a good pizza but the second time is terrible at the national pizza chains. Or they are sloppy and dirty. Heb South Flo is very TASTY!!! Very CLEAN and CONSISTENTLY the same top quality. Good friendly CONSTANT customer service in comparison to any other pizza place I have been to.

Even the popular pizza place all over S.A with the gameroom and dinosaur Rocky mascot I have found unpleasant surprises. NOT SOUTH FLO PIZZA THEY ARE AMAZINGLY CLEAN!!

100 percent Perfection 100 percent of the time is humanly impossible but these guys come really, really near to Perfection that it is beyond words. I know I can expect top quality from HEB!
