First of all every time I go in there, Brittany is the sweetest person and greets me and has a quick conversation. How was my day sometimes I have bad days but she always talks to me and greets me and she’s a sweetheart, but the manager with the red hair, it is very Unwelcoming she makes faces at everybody and doesn’t greet nobody at first I thought it was a race thing but she really doesn’t greet nobody at all There’s even sometimes when I see elderlys getting the names confused or doesn’t say them right, she rose her eyes at them and I button and I correct them or help them out and she just with a stink face and the elderly man that I helped out the other day she was very frustrated and he was trying to laugh because he got nervous and she just kept looking at him like if he was the problem i was standing behind him. I help him out because I felt like she did want to help him so when it was my turn, I just left because I didn’t want to tell her anything unprofessional so someone needs to talk to this lady and keep her problems at home because most of all the Starbucks that I go to everybody is in a good mood and everybody greets us when we walk in. Read moreThe service and quality of this Starbucks is terrible!!!, I've been waiting to go get a simple venti mocha for over three years. It was a special treat for me. Every other Starbucks that I've ordered a venti mocha for the past 15 years have been so amazing!!! I asked for a venti mocha no whip or cream. And guess what I got a creamy mocha with a shot of ezpresso!!!. So I drove back and returned the concoction after talking with the batista at the window who insisted that that was what I ordered. When she finally took back the first venti she proceeded to educate me on what I needed to order if I wanted a venti mocha. She exchanged the first mocha for what she said was what I wanted. Unfortunately it was the worst coffee from Starbucks that I've ever had it ended up being a plain black coffee!!! Jokes on me I was halfway back to my home 30 minutes putside of town. So disappointed in the service and sad that after 3 years of longing and long being able to spend and treat myself to a $5.00 spluge for my favorite treat. It turned out to be undeniable. Read morevisited this location around 9 PM yesterday and ordered my usual Java Chip Frappuccino. However, this time, the drink was noticeably off, it was extremely watery, lacked the usual chocolate flavor, and had very few chocolate chips. Since I regularly order this drink from this location and others, I immediately noticed it didn’t look or taste right.
I politely approached a barista to have it remade, regrettably, the replacement drink had the same issues. While I appreciated the remake and chose not to push the issue any further, I felt uncomfortable when I overheard the barista and another employee making rude remarks over their headsets about my order being made wrong. Additionally, when the barista handed me the new drink, she insisted I try it in front of her, which put me on the spot and triggered my anxiety. I had already handled the situation discreetly and politely, so this response felt unnecessary and unprofessional.
Shortly after finishing my drink, I became sick. Given the off taste and texture, I’m concerned that my drink may have been made with dirty equipment or expired ingredients.
