Starbucks — Restaurant in San Antonio

I went with two other people in my party and we each ordered something. A grande frappuccino, a grande iced mocha, and a Trenti water. The whole time we were trying to order the cashier was distracted talking to her coworkers. She charged us and didn’t give us a receipt nor ask if we wanted our receipt. I waited by the drink pick up area and watched as people’s drinks were coming out. I will admit they were coming out in a timely manner. Then my order came up, both of my coffees came out but not my water. I then saw her serving a water so I thought to myself “oh there it is” but no. She handed that water to someone else. I waited about 3 minutes before I realized she forgot. I went up to the register and told her she forgot my water and she said “you didn’t order a water”, I’m sorry but yes I did. You just weren’t paying attention because you were more concerned about your coworker who “is getting married” and when none of the customers congratulated him or clapped with you guys you proceeded to mumble under your breath and call the customers “lame.” After I told you that I did order it along with the two other drinks you said that you could only do a Venti to which I agreed. Another below average experience at Starbucks. The coffee was good. I wanted a latte, but the expresso machine wasn't working, so I was advised to get a coffee with milk. I got 9/10 coffee and 1/10 milk even though I specifically asked for a ratio of coffee and milk that would be representative in taste to that of a latte. The staff was friendly and kept their workspace very clean, so there's that. I hadn't been to a Starbucks in years. The only reason I went was because I got a gift card for Christmas. I usually dont have bad service at this place but i was really bothered this past weekend when my daughter wanted to try a tie dye frappuccino. I told her this was not a big Starbucks so they might not know how to make it. When i asked the girl at the register for it, she politely said she didnt know how to make it and then asked her coworkers if anyone did. One boy said " no, they taste horrible anyway, they taste like medicine." I really wasnt asking for his bad opinion, and my daughter looked embarrassed.
