I placed a mobile order to pick up in store because I tend to have a busy morning and it’s more efficient to walk in and have my drinks ready versus waiting in store for them to be made. I placed my order of 2 drinks at 7am and only one drink was ready. I asked about my second drink 2 times and spoke to the assistant manager named Jon. At this time it’s 7:18am and still no second drink. I was upset because walk ins were receiving their drinks before me. I asked again and he finally made it. It took hime about 20 seconds to make my drink. He made it in such a rush it tasted horrible. If I wanted bad coffee I would have gone to the corner store for coffee. I ordered a caramel macchiato with light ice and extra caramel drizzle, he put two scoops of ice and very little caramel and it seems like he didn’t put any vanilla syrup that’s is supposed to come with because it was bitter. After 20 minutes I could not wait for them to remake it. I have been having so many issues at this location and keep thinking to give it chance after chance but no improvement. Read moreLast night, the staff at the Basse location was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. I’m an Uber driver, and I received a last-minute Starbucks order around 9:55 PM. I was already in the parking lot, so I rushed over to the location and arrived at 9:58 PM. However, the door was already locked, and when I waved to get the employee’s attention, she reluctantly came to the door at 10:03 PM. I asked for the order, and she responded, ‘I trashed that order,’ with a smug expression on her face.
At most locations, if you arrive just a few minutes past closing, they’ll still allow you to pick up the order. However, this employee seemed more interested in punishing both me and the customer for a minor inconvenience.
Honestly, I don’t even think the order was ever made. This incident resulted in a strike against me and left the customer with a negative impression of this location.
I definitely won’t be accepting any more orders from this location. And if you're considering ordering for delivery, I highly recommend choosing a different store. The service here is beyond...

I went in to get my birthday drink and even though I used ChatGPT to say my order correctly i apparently I did it wrong. The girl was rude about it and rolled her eyes and made a comment when I was asking the manager what is the correct way to order what I’m wanting. The manager told her to just make it again, but even though it was a hot drink, quad espresso with no ice or milk. She purposely put it into a plastic cup left on the counter and walked away. So I couldn’t say or do anything but take it. I ended up having to toss it because the plastic got warped and it was burning my hand. Also the micro plastics of putting a hot drink into plastic. it wasn’t gonna have ice or milk or anything it’s just careless. That’s why Starbucks purposely has containers for hot and cold drinks. Someone really needs to talk to that employee. She was older, gray hair or dyed really light, overweight, glasses....
