Let me preface by saying you will not find a kinder person than my stepson. I am listing this review on his behalf because he has to endure another 2 years visiting this establishment. For the last three semesters I have heard him complain over and over about how he gets sarcasm or a roll of an eye when he takes a reusable cup and then asks for the cup discount. Anyone who uses the app to accumulate points knows that if you take your own cup you get an additional 25 points on each purchase. It’s not about the 10 cent discount. It’s about the points! Such a small ask. But what really agravantes me is how because the cashier doesn’t know how to do something they continue to tell him “ I don’t know how” or “we don’t do that here” instead of asking someone. They don’t seem to care or apologize when they get an order wrong. He tells me that every semester there tends to be new employees so he gives them some grace, but being rude doesn’t have to happen period. Today they got his order wrong and when he told the barista she said “I’m new” as in deal with it and proceeded to tell him have a great day.
