Starbucks — Restaurant in San Antonio

This location is often understaffed and untrained. On my last visit, I waited more than 15 minutes for a cup of coffee. I should have known better, but really wanted a cold brew. When the barista was finishing up my drink, she accidentally poured too much into a cup and had extra coffee so she went to pour it out. Instead of pouring it in the drain she looked around, made sure no one was watching, and drank the extra coffee. Unprofessional for Starbucks. as someone who constantly goes to different Starbuck's to study, this location is by far the worst. not only is the set up horrible with only one table barely longer than my forearm, it looks nothing like the images attached. Upon sitting down, i touched gum under the table. although not exactly the employees' fault, this didn't help. icing on the cake has to be the multiple gnats flying in front of my face.

It's Starbucks.....seems like with with the prices they charge they would get the drinks correct. I ordered a a simple vanilla latte. First they had over steamed the milk and failed to add the vanilla. After tasting it I took it back in and they made a new one correctly. Unfortunately this has been happening more frequently. It may be time to return to 7-11 coffee. At least I won't have to pay so much for a bad...
