I went today after a long shift at work and just wanted to get my dinner. I went in around 415pm ish and the woman that helped me did not seem very happy at all and came off very rude as if I was bothering her with my order. I didn't say anything to her until the end because I wanted to get three cookies. I let her know which cookies I wanted, but she didn't acknowledge that she heard me or that she added it to my order. She gave me my total and thinking that she didn't hear me (previously in line she was having trouble hearing me) I let her know again about the cookies and her response was "I got it ma'am" in a very snappy and rude tone. I just was apalled at how snappy she was, but i apologized and swiped my card. I asked if she was having a bad day and she replied "no maam. No day is a bad day. Today is Friday. Are you having a good day?" At this point her tone had changed. So I'm not sure what was going on. On the actual food side, the sandwiches were a mess. The veggies were literally just thrown on the sandwich (I watched her do it), the sauces I asked for were glossed on there, and then when she folded them everything....and i mean EVERYTHING slid out of the bun. I spent 4 years of my life working at subway and managed one. No matter how busy, slow, or if i was working by myself I made sandwiches I was proud of. Not a good experience...
Read moreI placed an order online, but my app placed the order before I was done selecting everything, so I called the store to ask them to cancel it, the store stated I had to cancel it in the app which is incorrect. You cannot cancel your order in the app, which makes no sense. Then I called back to inform the woman of this and she never answered. Then I got to the store to get my order I had to place because I couldn’t cancel the order that was wrong. So I informed the woman that the other order I did not want and wanted a refund for. You would think this would be an easy fix considering she didn’t make the order that was wrong and just needed to refund my money, but it wasn’t. I was told the refund was placed and never received my money. So a week later I was still without my money. The manager is only available in the mornings and I work M-F so I got there Saturday morning at 10:08 to find the door locked! By the way, the store opens at 10 and even had a note on the door stating it! The manager was rude as soon as I walked in and tried explaining what happened. I don’t understand how you can be mad because someone is asking for their money that was stolen from them because the employee lied and never refunded my money! I was lived! Read moreReally felt sorry for the new guy that was working because he was overwhelmed by dealing with customers and the Hispanic chic that was wearing half of everyone's meals on her shirt while giving everyone an attitude. Walked in at around 7pm and the guy was making a couple's sandwiches, we were 2nd in line. Waited 10 minutes for him to finish up (seriously thought he was the only employee on duty). Then as he asked for our order, out from the back comes the attitude to help. We ordered 3 sandwiches. They were out of mayo, out of oil, out of guacamole, out of southwest chipotle sauce, out of tomatoes. We had to change one of the sandwich orders because one of the main ingredients was missing, and attitude, who spoke so low we had to ask 3x what she said, literally took the meat off the bread and threw it down the counter into the meat bin. When we paid the guy, he apologized for God's coworker who was having a bad day. Great! But that is not our fault not is there fact that they were out of so many ingredients, but we got to pay for it. By the time we were given our sandwiches, they couple that ordered right before us had finished eating their meal and walked out the door ahead of us!
