Terrible ecustomer service🙄 I only gave a 3 on service because of Nathan! 2 women passed by, LOOKED AT ME and went on about their business! No good morning, no I'll be with you or someone will be with you shortly, no head nod, didn't hold up a finger like gimme a second, nothin! I stood there at least at least 5 minutes or more with 0 acknowledgement! A lady passed by in the back, and looked at me TWICE. Still nothing! Another lady, looked at me from the back, changed her gloves and proceeded to the tortilla station, which is next to the register, so I know she saw me, plus there's a clear glass window where she was! I felt an attitude brewing inside me, but it was 6 am, so i decided it was too early to raise my voice to call for help, but I was pretty close to it! Then a guy appears in the back, looks at me, immediately smiles, waves and starts walking towards the register, so my attitude subsides. I said, thank you for acknowledging me, you're the first person to do so! When I said that, heads start popping out and peeping like prairie dogs! He asked if i was there for doordash or Uber, I said yes, gave him the name and he came right back around the corner with the order and apologized for the wait! I told him he needs to be training those ladies on customer service because they completely ignored me! It was one other lady sitting in the dining room when I walked in and she came to the counter when i said that and said she had went through the drive-thru to order taco boxes for her team, but no one came to the speaker and took her order, so she drove next door, took her stuff inside and walked back next door, from the news station and she still had to jump and wave and stuff to get someone to actually come to the counter to help her! That's ridiculous! If you don't have good customer service or people skills, don't work in the service industry! It's that simple! Thank you Nathan Rodriguez for having great customer service! Read moreWaited 45 minutes with rude cashier asking me 3 times if I had paid, only for them to throw me a bag of tortillas not containing 3 large items I paid for after. As well as no salsa, cream, guac, etc that I also paid extra for. The cashier was very annoyed at me for mentioning these missing items.
I just gave up and drove to Taco Bell, even after having paid for at least $20 worth of food I did not receive. I wasn’t willing to wait another 30 minutes for them to make a cheese quesadilla and two tacos.
Of course the enchiladas they managed were not what I ordered and there was the wrong sauce. I payed $35 for some tortillas and bad enchiladas.
They stole my time and my money.
I am very sympathetic when a place is short staffed… this entered into absurdity. How do you ask to see my receipt again — after 30 minutes have passed — and then just throw me a bag of tortillas another 15 minutes later as if that is all I ordered… and then act like I am rude for naming everything I paid for that was missing?
Taco Bell had my incredibly complex order of a cheese quesadilla and two bean tacos ready in 3 minutes. They also included the sauce I asked for, and the sour cream I paid for.
I still like Taco Cabana but will abound this...
Read moreWell..the cashier Ysidro was extremely rude. They close at 12 and they had all the salsas covered with just a paper towel when we went at 11. I assumed maybe covered to keep any bugs away. What do I know. I just lifted the paper towels and got 2 spoons to get 2 types of salsa and this cashier Ysidro came to me all crazy saying I should not be getting salsa from there because it's closed. I politely said that I didnt know and he was extremely rude and came in my personal space and said I should have asked! I felt really uncomfortable as he was in my personal space. Really strange reaction for a simple mistake that I made.? My husband quickly told him then he should of offered us some if the salsa bar was closed. He still wanted to argue so we told him to get the manager. The manager was extremely polite and accommodating. I feel like this employee should not work with the public. He has absolutely no social skills whatsoever. Felt afraid as he got too close to me and it felt like he wanted to hurt me in some way! Please do not have this person working...
