The lamb kabobs were to die for. The chef and owner a delightful man who not only gave me a discount but made the portions huge. The lamb tender and Juicy the rice eldente and the Arabic humis had that anticipated tangy zip to it(made me crave some real dolma). Falafel was great and sauces unique and reasturant made and the bread fresh chewy and delectably warm to perfection. This is actually great food and I have to say, this guy who runs this food truck works his tail off to give great food. The beef shwarma is phenomenal. I have to say, this guy must be related to my family members up in Michigan somewhere because the food he makes is literally as close to my family members on the Chaldean side. That says it all.
