This place has about the slowest customer service I have ever experienced before in my entire life. I’ve been waiting in the drive through for about 30 mins and the line has only moved halfway. The only reason I continue to wait is because it’s for a door dash delivery. The worst part is my orders are both (& have been for some time now) Finished already! So now my customers can give me a lousy tip for about an hour & a half of my time on account of their cold food they’ll be enjoying after waiting about an hour to 90 mins to receive. The employees were visibly just walking 🚶‍♂️ around lackadaisical as can be completely nonchalantly, carelessly relaxed with a line literally wrapping around the front parking lot extending forth to the access road of the highway. I called door dash support who in turn contacted this worthless establishment only to be told that yes both orders were completely filled, ready to pick up however, no they couldn’t take the time to open the front door and hand them to me. I’m at a loss for words as to why not because they’re literally not too concerned that their restaurant is swamped with vehicles waiting an eternity to receive any kind of service. So next time if you’re craving tacos ppl: go to the local grocery store, purchase all the ingredients, drive home, and then cook them yourself. You will still spend less, time, money, and energy of the process of doing all that then to wait here at a “fast” food joint or a store that has long forgotten that the only reason they call it fast food is because efficiency is supposed to be top priority. I wouldn’t be surprised if half the employees were high or hanging from hammocks in the back of the store like a bunch of sloths 🦥 hanging from tree branches all day. I wouldn’t be surprised if the entire staff here consists of spoiled college kids who have never earned their own money, pay bills, and know the value/decency of a hard days work, taking pride in whatever occupation you are currently employed under…Here I am 1 hour later & even after writing all this the line has yet to budge 🚗 🚙 🚗 🚗 🚙 🚗 🚙 I’ll post a picture below. I wish Gordon Ramsay could come here & show these employees how to work efficiently/efficaciously. I would pay good money to see that, honestly. Asinine at best.

Mike answered the phone when I called the location, letting him know I had just arrived home with my order to find that my tacos were not made as Supremes. I was also bit by a cat at my job where I'm a veterinary technician this afternoon so my hand is swollen and I can barely move it, something the cashier actually asked me about at the drive-up window, but the management at this location wanted me to drive back up there so they could replace my order. An order that was made when there was nobody else in line, an order that shouldn't have been fudged up in the first place. If they had any decency they would do their jobs right the first time. After spending 15 years myself in the service industry as a server and bartender I know all too well that their job is not hard. Customer service may not be easy because customers are not always easy but as you can clearly see from my receipt this was a very "easy" order. The audacity to ask me to drive back up there after I've just informed you I just arrived home after you asked me at the window what was wrong with my hand and I told you how much pain I had been in and you still think I want to drive back up there to have you replace an order that you and your team should not have messed up in the first place.

First, again, it's Taco Bell. There's nothing wrong with eating here, but I don't think anyone good in with high expectations. But today seemed to be a bad day for them. Self ordering kiosks are available near the entrance, but it's slower unless you know the process and where things are on the menu. Just go to the counter. I made an 11 dollar order. Relatively simple with no special requests. It took 15 minutes in an uncrowded restaurant. There were two orders before mine. Neither was a large order. I watched the staff of maybe 4 people (one appeared to be a manager who stayed away from customers) mill around the food line as if there wasn't really much to do. No one apologized for the delay. I got home and found the order to be very close to what I had ordered, but a random burrito came home with me and another had sour cream (it shouldn't have). Like I said, you know what you are getting at TB food and service wise, but this location often struggles with speed and accuracy. (Side note: if you like the tostada toppings on the side, this should be your go to)
