I wish I could give a lower review because this location needs to be re-evaluated and take a better approach in how they handle things.....firstly, if you are in the medical field and are time restrained do not attempt to go here as they will work sluggishly and what feels like purposely waste your time. Secondly, they are always running out and lack the importance of thinking to prepare. This location is in a high traffic area so you'd think that with a high volume of customers given time you'd be prepared with your food hot on the line at opening and far less times of giving an excuse that you've run out of an item since they lack the ability to order an appropriate quantity of their supply. This was not the only issue though my problem most recently from 2 weeks ago insights that I had ordered 2 bigger plates with both having the 3rd side of walnut shrimp, upon getting home neither being in the bag....fast forward to arriving at the store wad met with criticism as I was caught in what felt like a game of he said she said where on the receipt it cleary shows my order with the sides being present cashier was being rude and incompetent then the manager that handled the situation was even worse as I had gone back to my car to retrieve the food in what felt like I didn't need to bring it in( thought it would be an easy fix just give me my sides and that would've been the resolution), but no as I was walking back inside with food in hand the Manager decided to be childish and locked the door. After knocking on the door to get the child's attention he just said oh I'm sorry about that with a smile on his face. Like this location he is a joke of a manager as there were clearly customers inside and still 2 hrs from close. In the end I refused to be treated like that any further and insisted on getting a refund but now past the seven days I was told it would take to receive the refund I have not gotten anything. This location is completely horrible and I am deplored on how a company can say that child is somehow earned the title of manager...bottom line do not waste your time with this location I cannot...
Read more5 November, 2022 at 4:45 pm, my family had walked inside of Panda Express on Babcock by the Medical Center area. The young female individual taking our order seemed annoyed before we walked up to order plates and bowls. My daughter had ordered a bowl which has one side and one entre. She noticed some green beans left in a silver bowl behind the glass. She asked the lady if she could have them, the lady said, no in a sharp tone, seemingly more annoyed than when we walked in. I stepped up to the glass and asked if we could change the bowl to a plate and if we could have the green beans. She continued with no. I asked to speak with the manager. A young female individual came around the corner unpleasantly addressing me, stating that we cannot have the rest of the green beans. I attempted to explain that I was happy to pay for the plate to get the green beans. This lady was not in anyway costumer service like, she acted like I was uneducated, while she was degrading me as I was trying to explain to her calmly what I was hoping to get my child. We left and went to another store which is where we ran into the Regional Manager who said kindly, "I am sorry for that, we need to have more training." He gave me a gift card thanking me for coming to another location. This is a great food chain, and knowing that the Regional Manager is aware of it and that I was not the first person to have this unpleasant costumer service in that same day, helped because better service makes an impact...
Read moreThe cashier Denise was rude, lied to us, it took almost 20 minutes to get our food and the food was awful. We placed a nearly $45 order involving 2 panda bowls and 3 entrees, changed two of the entrees when told that we would have to wait and only after we paid were we told that we would have to wait for our order anyway. They pulled us up telling us it would be less than 2 minutes wait (this was a lie) and we sat there while they cleared the rest of the line.
Denise finally brought our food out in a single small bag with the food crushed inside and leaking and pushed it though my window. I tried to tell her that they had lost our trust about wait times and that we would no longer be willing to wait and she walked off mid-sentence mumbling something that sounded rude but I'll give the benefit of the doubt because she was already almost out of earshot.
Then we get home and are passing out food, and we were given 3 forks, 3 fortune cookies, zero chop sticks, and few napkins for the 5 people eating dinner.
For your time and money you're better off going to the location at 11220 Huebner Road, less than 5 minutes away. Their food is always fresh, almost never a wait, and the entire staff including the manager...
