Didn't have issues when I first moved into the area, service was friendly, quick, and food was always prepared well, even in the late hours of the night when I get out of work. Lately things have been going downhill fast, I had an issue one time where my order took about 20 minutes to come out, and it was 3 simple things, an order of chicken strips, tiny tacos, and a breakfast jack. Not only did they give me the wrong strips, but when handed my order they forgot the breakfast jack, this was around midnight, and there were no other cars behind me, so I can't imagine it's because they were swamped with orders. I had to wait around an extra 15 minutes even after honking my horn to get someone's attention to tell them they forgot part of my order. Now, the true issue I have was my most recent visit about half an hour ago. I had placed my order and it was pleasant for the most part, the girl taking my order seemed a little annoyed to be doing her job, but no big deal, after pulling forward to the window you can see everyone currently on sight standing outside smoking, and chatting. The girl handling the register walks up to the window, and she is not wearing any gloves, nor is she wearing a mask, this is where my problem lies. I have a mother who I see every other day or so, and she is very high-risk. Now imagine the unfortunate circumstance in which I am just trying to get some food, and I happen to have the one cashier who has come to work, asymptomatic, and I contract covid, because this person is handling my food, and my form of payment. I now go see my mother, and unknowingly transfer it to her. I won't even get into the later details because lets be honest, we all know where I am going with this, but again this is all hypothetical. I work in the food industry as well, and I get it. These mask, and constant need to change gloves can become tedious, and you sometimes forget, but when it's 12:10am and I am the only person in line, meaning there is no reason for you to be so busy as to forget to put on your mask, and gloves, then there is a big problem with 1: the management at the establishment, and 2: the employees not caring about their jobs. And to add to the already horrible experience, the girl handling my food almost dropped the bag she put it in because she was too focused on her phone. All in all, these people working the graveyard shift, clearly have no sense of customer service, care for others, or sensibility to do what they need in the customer service industry. Truly horrendous experience. When I go back, I will not be having the girl I dealt with tonight take my order, or touch my food. I will leave any time she is there because she doesn't seem to understand what's going on in the world right now.

That's nice, and all. I like how very cookie cutter your reply was, but I'm telling you, regardless of what you have implemented at your location, when I went to the window, the girl at the register was not wearing any gloves, nor a mask when dealing with me, and at no point from walking in outside from the door next to the window in the drive thru, was there a point for her to have stopped, and...
Read moreI visited 3 Jack in the boxes that night Babcock, military, and patranco and all 3 left me disappointed I requested 6 buttermilk's cause that's what I usually get and I use them all Babcock store would not honor my request so I left patranco is my Jack in the Box I'm a regular customer late night Westly never lets me down he fulfills my request for 6 buttermilk's every time he is very polite when I visit he always gives me the best service I know it's not cuz Im a regular cause as soon as I drive up he greats the same every time you could hear his voice like he's excited that your there he's 💯 when it comes to service no matter what the hour is and he's quick and food is severed fresh always but for some reason this visit he was only taking online orders I am aware that pos system reboots at 4am I was employed with Jack in the box about 17 years ago I was there 8 years you think I'd had enough jumbo jacks but not at all maybe he also was behind on cleaning understandable so I set my mind on Jack in the box and not to mention I'm 8months pregnant and craving my usually jumbo jack combolg with curly fries and a lg coke or Dr.Peper and 6 buttermilks so the last jack in the box I visited was on military and hwy90 I requested the 6 buttermilks got 5 that's fair I guess but mind you jumbo jacks don't cost 99¢ like back in my middle school years the meal don't run $4.59 anymore either They run 10.39 plus tax and now that I'm looking at receipt she only up sized my curly fries not the drink but I was just wanting to eat at that point imagine going all over San Antonio just to get what u want from one restaurant so yeah but the reason I mentioned the price is because I was given a jr patty mayo ketchup pickle and a small leaf of lettuce so I paid the price for a jumbo jack meal a received a kids burger it didn't even have cheese or tomato or a thick patty it also usually comes in a box I live out side of San Antonio in casterville tx so when I got home I was in the fridge looking to cook something I called restaurant no answer night or day I of course will eat jack in the box over and over again but only at patranco location keep up the great...
Read moreI didnt care for this location too much. No greet upon entry into establishment nor as we approached counter. At least I had 6 minutes to figure out what I wanted by the time an employee in training finally greeted us and took our order. Question:: WHY IS IT THAT SOME LOCATIONS HAVE THE TERYAKI CONDIMENT CUPS AND OTHERS DON'T? When I ask, i get treated and spoken to as if I'm a moron because I ask for a side of teryaki with my eggrols instead of the sweet & sour or buttermilk ranch. Then I get an excuse like "oh it already comes in the bowl, it's not seperate" or "we dont have that" or as in today the manager said "we have to make it" Okay that's fine and dandy it's called your job as I had asked in the beginning MAY I PLEASE have some teryaki sauce to go with my eggrolls. Being that we, you and your establishment as well as me working at mine, we both are in customer service industry. We are to provide our services for the pu lil whether it be in the form of drinks at my bars or food from your restaurant. All I ask is that you listen to my responses when om being asked what I would like to have a d that you dont give me no bs lie about not...
