I wrote a review here but I really wanted to speak to a supervisor on the phone and not in person so I won't get more of an attitude or messed with other ways if I eat at your restaurant again. I also wasn't sure if you would receive the review.
This restaurant has great food, great service and there are good people that service you at the drive through window and at the table. However, there's a couple of things I have a problem with. One of the main issues is I feel some of the waitresses can be really mean and bullies.
I have experienced a few times eating there the female waitresses having an attitude and it makes me wonder if they're purposely forgetting to bring things we asked for and taking long to bring to our table to for the wrong reasons.
I'm usually okay when they do that because they're busy but because of this issue I wonder about it.
These are things that we are not being dramatic, critical, or over analyzing. These are things that are very noticeable, obvious and hurtful.
Not all the waitresses are like this there but there are a few and it's getting tiring where I don't feel comfortable going over there anymore and I really like the food and the environment. So it's very unfortunate. . This is happened to me either by myself or with my female friends. We're not beauty queens or anything special but we are are decent or nice looking whether we're dressed up or not.
One example is with one of the waitresses when when we'd smile at her, thank her, laugh with her and she'd just gives us an attitude and is all serious too.
Once I started acting serious in front of the waitress she became nicer but it should not take that for her to be nice. It makes me feel like she's glad she brought me (us) down and enjoying that she's the nice one now. We should be able to be ourselves and still be treated nicely.
At least she was nicer to the woman who was not very attractive and more hispanic looking than the rest of us. The rest of us were lighter skinned but we were Mexicans and spoke Spanish.
Then in the booth next to us our waitress was waiting on three men and they're all laughing with her and she's laughing back with them.
So it makes me wonder if it's women being competitive but we should all stick together.
It is very frustrating, annoying, upsetting, disgusting to see women treat women like this. It seems that many restaurants have this issue and everywhere. It's sad more women than men do this to each other. It's very tiring.
Sometimes I feel like some restaurants should be called The mean girls restaurant. I'm just being facetious and I assure you I'm not being disrespectful but this is how I feel about some of these female waitresses.
When the men would bring stuff to our table or pass by at least they're real nice, smile and kind. Some men are careful not to overdo it with women and I understand that.
So I'm very adamant about going to this restaurant now.
I've had waitresses at other restaurants that call my handsome husband sweetie and sugar and treating him special talking to him a lot and treating me like nothing. If you're going to call people sweetie call everybody that and talk to both the male and female. I know right now I'm just talking about the issues about your waitresses but I just wanted to give you some examples about the restaurant businesses and their waitresses.
Because of these issues we feel that we need to advocate for a better change in restaurants in Texas and everywhere.
I know both males and females servers can be rude butt females can really be too much.
All these things are just a downer and doesn't allow you to enjoy your time at a restaurant. It's sad because we just started eating out.
I wish that they trained waitresses where they shouldn't treat others especially women this way.
I know we're not all perfect but for the most part we should have a respect for each other.
Thank you for taking the time to...

All the food here is watery. Even the salsa. It has no taste! The green sauce had no taste at all!! If it weren’t for the black pepper, the red sauce would be just as bland. You could literally see the layer of water in the salsa squeeze bottle. 1/10
Taco:
The taco look like a stegosaurus. The tortilla was just a bad as hard as a fossil. Maybe it was a stegosaurus that I ate. As I ripped a tortilla apart, the filling got everywhere. The hard tortilla was nice and chewy. Maybe they had a whole bunch of them preheated. What a shame. 1/10
Papas rancheras were watery. If you don’t know how to make something right, why make it at all? 4/10
Barbacoa burrito seemed like a good deal. It was kinda strange with lettuce and tomato and a near freezing dollop of sour cream. I think a more authentic rendition would have cilantro and onion. But who am I? 6/10
Waitresses were cute and friendly. Maybe that’s the draw, although there was a line of people outside in the drive-through. I guess it’s just a lack of better places in the area. The cashier was almost soupnazi-esque and not very friendly at all. She didn’t even ask how my meal was; and if she would’ve I would’ve just...
Read moreI've had their breakfast tacos and dinner a couple of times. Here's the breakdown:
Service and Ambiance: The service is good, and the staff are friendly. Beer is cheap compared to other places these days (Mexican beer is $3.99, and Micheladas are $6.49). The place isn't terribly loud, which is rare to find in restaurants these days. It's a good spot to enjoy conversations with family and friends.
Food: Their flour tortillas are pretty good, earning an A+ for breakfast tacos. The chilaquiles tacos are just "OK" — nothing memorable. Bean and cheese tacos are similarly unremarkable. The beans, both in the breakfast tacos and on the dinner plates, are a bit bland and lacking something. Their beef enchiladas contain pieces of chopped beef instead of ground beef and are overly salty.
Overall: It's a decent place for breakfast tacos and very inexpensive dinner plates, but the food is only 3-star worthy. Not bad, but just okay.
And did I mention their Karaoke on Friday nights? It really makes for a fun dinner experience. Seriously, it's a fun place for a Friday night, where you can enjoy music and drinks without having to go...
