I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Subway location on 08/15/24. Unfortunately, my experience was unsatisfactory due to the behavior of an employee named Derrick.
When I arrived, Derrick did not greet me or acknowledge my presence, which felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. Additionally, I had provided specific instructions for how I wanted my sandwich prepared. Despite my clear instructions, Derrick did not follow them. When I inquired about my order, he responded with inappropriate and dismissive answers.
This lack of courtesy and attention to detail greatly impacted my overall experience. I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect and to receive the service they request.
I hope you can address this issue with Derrick to ensure better service...

Read moreI placed an order on the app so I didn't get to see the sandwiches being made. When I got them home they were both made incorrectly. We called the store to speak with someone about fixing it but were met with a rude employee, Christie, who insisted we were wrong and our order was right. The app saved our order and the way we wanted our sandwiches made so I'm not sure why she would fight us on that even though they're obviously wrong. We were polite as this is a simple mistake to make and understand sometimes people get confused, it happens.
