Taqueria Huentitan Jalisco LLC — Restaurant in San Antonio

HORRIBLE!!! My whole experience at this restaurant was horrible! Service, smell, staff, and food is all bad! I go here a lot because one thing I do enjoy there is their specials but this time I decided to get the prepared nachos and the menu said "Beans Cheese Fajita and Guacamole" so I ordered it and said the prepared bee fajita ones. The waiter came once to give us our food and drinks and she never came back. Horrible service. The nachos seemed to be microwaved not only were the chips soggy and chewy, some parts were burning hot and others were a lot cooler. They were tasteless and ery greasy. It tasted old! Keep in mind on the menu it says the prepared nachos are $7.25!!!!! When I got up to pay they were charging me $9.25! I asked why and they said it was because I ordered them of beef fajita but thats what the menu said! I told them I ordered those before and that its always been $7.25 and then the waitress finally shows up after not attending us at all. She said "No they never order nachos they always order tacos and other plates, I know because I serve them" That left me in shock! You arent the only waitress there many others also serve us and they actually come back to ask if we need anything else. She sure does love paying attention to what we eat and order but she sure doesnt do the same when attending us. They did the same with a plate a fish that they claimed to be $8.75 and ended up charging us like $10.75 RESPECT YOUR PRICES ON THE MENU!!!!!!!! and if for some reason you cant change it at least tell your staff to let the customer know!! This place is such a rip off and always steals 1 or 2 dollars. I love giving tips to help out the staff but not the one who served us today. The smell is horrible. This is my second review 🙂 I am beyond happy and proud of this place and the employees from the servers to the bussers to the chefs and the owners and managers I feel at home like family every time I come in I'm treated like royalty and what makes me the happiest is that while I feel it's my own restaurant 😊 (which has always been a dream of mine) I see everyone that walks in here get treated the same, very very well💙 I'm happy to recommend this restaurant to you and I can honestly say I'm a regular here and it has room for more loyal guests that don't know it's beauty yet. I had to give it a one star just to write a review if not it would have been negative 5 stars. This is by far the worst place in San Antonio I have ever eaten at. I meet a family members here. The food has no flavor, doesn't have a well presentation. I literally took a piece of meat to try and when asked that it needed to be replaced with a better flavoring, we were told I would have to pay half the price of the plate I took a simple piece of meat even thou it was not my faultit had no flavor. It was meat cut up so it was a small piece literally of a bunch of pieces of meat, I didn't touch anything else on the plate. This is ridiculous and would not recommend this place to anyone.
