I recently had the pleasure of trying the Hot Cheeto and Takis Elote along with the Pineapple Agua Fresca at Elotitos Corn Bar, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I took my first bite, I knew I was in for something special. The Hot Cheeto and Takis Elote is an absolute game-changer. The elote was perfectly grilled, with a delightful balance of sweetness and smokiness from the corn. The combination of Hot Cheetos and Takis added an incredible crunch and a spicy kick that took this traditional treat to a whole new level. The creamy, tangy mayo and cotija cheese brought everything together, making each bite a burst of flavor and texture. To complement the fiery elote, I opted for the Pineapple Agua Fresca, and it was the perfect choice. The drink was refreshingly cool and bursting with the natural sweetness of fresh pineapple. It had just the right amount of tartness, making it incredibly thirst-quenching. The agua fresca balanced the spice of the elote beautifully, creating a harmonious and satisfying experience. The presentation was top-notch, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my visit was enjoyable. I highly recommend the Hot Cheeto and Takis Elote and the Pineapple Agua Fresca to anyone looking for a unique and delicious treat. I will definitely be returning for more! Bravo to Elotitos Corn Bar for these incredible creations!

Elotitos is where Elote Lovers can THRIVE and immerse their taste buds in true, authentic, San Antonio Elote. Whether you opt for corn on the cob or in a cup this place delivers! With lots of options, custom combinations, and fresh aguas, there is something for everyone and the owner/face behind the counter is SO friendly and helpful! We tried the 5 corn flight with the Beni, Jalapeño 2.0, Crunchy Cheese, The San Antonio, and Hot Cheeto. Each one tasted unique and offered a full range of flavor. My favorites were the San Antonio and Hot Cheeto. We also tried the Chipotle on the cob with papas preparedas with hot Cheetos and Tostitos. The Augua de Mazapan (Horchata) was nutty and delicious! A perfect contrast to the spiciness of some of the corn (Jalapeño 2.0, Hot Cheeto, and Chipotle all have some kick) and the Agua de Jardin is wonderfully refreshing. The dressed Topo Chico was great too! If you like Corn, this is your new favorite spot.

We went today and tried all of their flavors. Everything was FANTASTIC. The flavors were so full and bold. Their Chipotle sauce is amazing, the best I've had in quite a while. The cucumber pineapple drink was super delicious and refreshing, and I don't even really like cucumber anything. The food took a minute to get out, but they're still new and training/hiring, so I can't be mad about that at all - just worth noting for anyone in a hurry. They also have a sign explaining this, so you know what you're getting when you come in. Seating is pretty limited, one big table and three four person tables, so getting it to go might be the way to go for most. The gentleman who helped us was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time out to talk to us about his favorite flavors and describe the drinks to us. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes elotes.
