In may of 2022 I dropped off rings to be made into a new ring with a sacred heart design. Lalo the owner told me many times he could do this job and just to be patient but it would be done. Come 2 months later around July 2022 I reach out, asking about the progress, he again assured me everything is going well and it would be done soon. Another 2 months pass by I ask again, what is going on? He says there has been some issues but he is working on it and is still designing the ring to be perfect. Mind you, every single time I always reached out and had to ask, I never received a call updating me on what the status was. In November I reach out yet again, at this point it’s been 6 month and I haven’t seen jack done. He says it’s difficult designing but he is casting it to get an idea of what it’s going to look like. I told him I needed it done within 2 weeks and of course I got no response. Beginning December now 7 months, I have my BF go in and check what is going on. Lalo tells him, just give him until mid January and it will be all done, he says again he hasn’t forgot about me but he’s just been busy w the holidays and the design. We’ll, January 2023 now 8 months, my BF yet again goes in, since lalo has still not bothered to call to tell me it’s ready. When he gets there lalo gives him my rings back and says he can’t do it, the design was too difficult to add to a ring. I wasted 8 months waiting for this ring to be done! A family friend swore by this jeweler which is the only reason I waited so long! I’m disappointed! Lalo never called, no communication skills, I always did. He waited 8 months to tell me the design was not do able. He didn’t even offer another design or call me earlier to give me more options. Instead he just kept me stringing along for 8 long months waiting for the ring to be done. Very dissatisfied with this jewelry store. I’d take a custom job...

I took my wedding set in, along with another birthstone ring. Both had lost diamonds and the birthstone ring band, in back had worn quite thin. They gave me an estimate, on site, that was half of what one of the major chains had quoted after mailing them off. The jeweler fully informed me of why my stones had fallen out and the process he would use to fix everything. He even showed me, under magnification, where the problems were and potential issues that would occur in the future if not repaired correctly. The wedding set includes one wide band holding a solitaire and two channel set rings. The gold bands on each side of the channels holding the diamonds in had worn down. The wide polished band had become pretty scratched up over the years. The quote included replacing all the stones and rebuilding the gold on both rings.

When I picked the rings up today, I was amazed. The workmanship was absolute perfection. And, they cleaned and polished the rings and they positively sparkled. I read reviews before choosing certain businesses and I'm glad that I chose to take my wedding band here for repair and to be resized. They're honest, quick and easy but also very attentive to detail with the pieces they are working on. They took measurements on my ring size and were so nice explaining why I would be better off not trying to increase the size. Why the rhodium plating would be preferable for a white gold piece. I was told my ring would be ready for pickup by a certain date and I'm appreciative that that was the case. No run around or anything. They were very responsive and very professional.
