I cannot recommend Rialto enough to any buyer who is in the market for high quality stones and service.

I first came here on a whim in early 2023 to build a Jade pendant for my girlfriend as an anniversary gift. April was quick to help me find a handful of jade stones that fit what I was looking for and shipped them to their store for me to look at. After picking the one that I thought fit best, she suggested the perfect build as well as an accent diamond which fit my budget. The final product was amazing and my girlfriend was very happy with it.

My second time working with them was building an engagement ring for my soon to be fiancée. I wanted a lab grown kite cut diamond and they did not have any in stock but they offered to shop around for me and try to find one that fit what I was looking for. Alas, nothing came up and I had to shop on my own for one. After finding the stone I wanted and ordering it, upon it arriving to my place I immediately brought it in to be inspected and Rialto staff quickly began helping me design the perfect ring around it. They were in communication with me the entire time and making suggestions through the whole process which I greatly appreciated, because I do not know anything about jewelry.

Rialto is a store ran by a hard working and kind staff who truly care about your experience as well as making sure you’re ecstatic to leave their store with what you wanted. I look forward to doing business with them...

All I can say is WOW!!

This ring is the only thing of my Father’s I ever really wanted of his. It is just that one thing that reminds me of him from my childhood the most (If that makes sense). So, it has a very special in my heart.

The last time I was over at his house we found it in his top drawer, but it was in rough shape! However, I was overjoyed because we all believed it was gone. He told me I could have it, and I got extremely excited!

I honestly wish I had before and after pictures. Before I took it to Rialto the ring was tarnished, bent, oversized, and one of the diamonds appeared to be missing because of how dirty the ring was. It now looks brand new!

Rialto told me that the work on the ring would take ten days to finish, but it was done in nine! When I arrived and inspected the ring, I first noticed it was resized perfectly as I placed it on my ring finger! The one diamond that I thought was missing was revealed after they cleaned it. Now all of the diamonds burst BRILLIANTLY on display, as well as the star fire sapphire!! The white gold has been restored to its former glory outward and under. I have never seen it look this nice! I am in awe of the work.

I am very particular when it comes to purchasing anything of great value. I, like most consumers, want to ensure that our hard earned money is going towards a product that is priced fair and reasonable. When I set out to buy my wife of 28 years a more exclusive diamond ring, I made sure I did my homework. After doing my market research on large businesses vs small businesses, vendor reviews, the 4 C’s of diamonds, etc… I started visiting or calling various jewelry stores. After about a month of searching, enter Rialto Jewelry and owner Luis Guerra. I must say I was impressed with not only his knowledge of the business, but more so his true honesty. He never pressured my wife and I into making a sale, he answered all questions thoroughly and would elaborate on other important factors during our discussions. I asked him questions as if I did not know anything about the industry and he provided me with correct and honest facts. When you walk in there, Mr. Guerra and his professional team make you feel like family. Yes, I know it is a business and that is what they are there to do, but Rialto Jewelry goes above and beyond to take care of their patrons.
