Do Not Order from this place! It is not worth your money or the trouble. My husband and I were in town celebrating our anniversary and didn't want to go out so we ordered in. The young lady who took our order over the phone was rude and it was evident she did not care about her job. I was put on hold for 5 mins before she even took my order. After taking my order she put me on another hold so I passed the phone to my husband to finish up things with her so I could finish doing what I needed to do since ordering was taking so long. We were told it would be 45 mins to an hour. An hour and 45 mins later our food finally arrives. We ordered 2 canzones and a salad with ranch and a drink. We only got the 2 canzones and the drink. And the delivery girl had to go back out to her car to get the drink when my husband asked about it. We were charged $46 for the 2 canzone and bottled drink. When I called this place to ask about my salad the young lady who took our order answered. I asked for the manager. She said one min and then came back on the phone claiming to be the manger and when I asked her if she was the manager she said "O no the manager is not here" I said I would call back. She asked me what I wanted I said that she got our order wrong and she proceed to argue with me. Completely unacceptable!! This young lady needs to be fired!! I have talked to the management of the hotel we stayed at to let them know that they do not need to let this place service their customers and to not even let them...

I have tried to order from this place 4 times. The first time I did the food was delivered and it was genuinely good, everyone at our work loved it!

However, every other time I order the pizza (no less than 4 pies) and it is time to accept delivery and no one shows. Go to look at the app and the store cancelled my order. Today I went back to see what I had ordered so I could get a similar order from another shop, and they were NO LONGER accepting orders. I want to support a local, seemingly new business, but if they will not take my money I do not know what to say.

Hopefully they can produce pizza like they delivered to me, not burnt like the other review said, more consistently and actually accept business so they can grow. I hope the people running the store see this because I did love the pizza, but how my orders are being treated...

Food took significantly longer than originally shown on uber eats. Mac n cheese -inedible. Tastes awful. Same with fettuccine Alfredo, burnt and tasted terrible. Garlic bread burnt on the outside soggy. Didn’t have sprite or tea, so they gave us Coca Cola instead, which my kids do not drink. Chicken parmigiana was just burnt spaghetti with 4 chicken nuggets on top, terrible tasting, inedible. “Lobster” ravioli was just regular ravioli that they burnt AND somehow made soupy - inedible. Worst food delivery experience I’ve ever had, food was awful AND they didn’t give me the 2 desserts I ordered either. I would rather eat wet cat food than order from this...
