Blanca’s Reception Hall — Attraction in San Antonio

I am planning my wedding and this venue caught my eye for the good reviews. I called the phone number twice within a two day period. The first time i asked for quotes for a party of 75 people and i was told by whoever answered that I would receive an email with the information. I texted that number my email and a day went by and nothing. I called back and let them know i never received anything and the person apologized and said they would send it again and i never got anything. I checked my spam folder and all my emails nothing arrived. I texted them a third time letting them know i never received anything and its been a week and nothing arrived. Very disappointed in scheduling. Family had two deaths a couple of months before my daughter’s debut and asked to postpone to a later date due to the sudden expenses incurred. On the contract, the wording read as if only the deposit was forfeit, however when speaking to staff we were informed that none of the money paid toward hall could be used for a new date and that all money would be forfeit.
