Okay, so this is by far the worst Chuck E. Cheese's I've ever been to. It was my first and last time to go to that Chuck E. Cheese's... why? Oh I'll tell you why.

First impression was going up the steps to go through the entrance and there was like 3 or 4 slices of pizza all over the steps... and you know I was like, "maybe it was a recent little accident" so I didn't mind it much... but then I go through the door and the first thing that catches my eyes was the cotton candy machine, and then I look at the floor full of cotton candy (and I mean FULL), but then I see a broom right where the accident was at, so I thought the where getting to it. Okay so at that time someone decides to come and let us in (my husband, son and I) by marking our hands with that "invisible" number. So we go in and of course all the floor is dirty and everything looks out of order and no one really in charge. Not even the machines could do their job of giving the right amount of tickets they where supposed to (several machines).

We where there for about hour and a half and we decide to redeem our tickets so we went to the little machine that counts the tickets and it gave us one ticket with the total amount on it (at least that worked). Then we stand in line for like 20 more minutes waiting for someone to serve us (including people before us) to buy stuff with the tickets. When someone finally comes out, she was only taking food orders so. So she looked all trouble when she saw the waiting line standing there so she decided to go get one more person to redeem the tickets. While we wait to redeem the tickets my husband orders 2 ice cream cups (for him and our son). Since I was tired of waiting in line I go with them to get the ice cream at the little ice cream truck located in between the entrance and the cotton candy truck. So I see that the cotton candy mess was still there from 2 hours earlier when I got there (god know now how long it was actually sitting there). As the lady is serving the ice cream she tells us that they only have one spoon and if we where ok with it... so I think and say to myself, of course!! What else can we expect!!... so I make a comment to my husband that they haven't bothered to clean the cotton candy mess at all and how mad I was that no one is in charge, it was basically anarchy in there. So as we were sitting to eat the ice cream the lady that served us the ice cream decided to clean the mess only after the fact that I said something... at least she did it, but it took more than 2 hours and and a customer to say something.

Summary... terrible place, no one in charge, no one cleans, no one cares. No one is doing their job poroperly as far as I'm concerned. And for the record... this is my very first bad comment to any place I've ever been to, non of them have...

Today we showed up for a walk-in birthday, ($65). I can’t tell you how amazing the team of this place is. From Claire talking to me over the phone and answering all my questions, to our outstanding party host Jisele, and how could I forget Michael, our Chuck E. Cheese for the day. We were the only party there and they paid so much attention and care to our experience being the only party and a very small party at that. It was not only incredibly personalized, but the attention to detail and the attention to our child, smiling and being happy, I will never go to another place for a birthday party, and I will never use another hostess other than Jisele. Take my advice as a parent of five girls ranging in ages from toddlers to early teens if you’re gonna do a party, do it at Chuck E. Cheese ask for Michael to be your Chuck E. Cheese and ask for Jisele to be your hostess and treat her with the most kindness because that is the only way she treated us. The place was clean. The food was good. My kid was happy and every single game worked and gave out tickets. And if you really want to make your kids super excited purchase the giant Chuck E. Cheese that they have in the prize area for $20 and he will personally give it to your child and it is an amazing experience for your kid. And don’t forget to tip your hostess for their hard work and dedication to making your party as easy as possible, and the best experience you...

I took my 4 yr. Old to this location (Ingram) for the first time and we loved it!! We went during school hours so it wasnt packed but a few toddlers. I think we got a good deal with a coupon i used on line w/ my ph. 45 tokens didnt sound like much but i was relieved to c that the majority of the games were only 1 token to play. Very few games were 2 tokens. So he got a chance to play all the games he wanted. The only down fall was the amount of tickets that u win on the games...only 1 ticket at a time or two.😒 i think its only fair to win a prize thats about the same dollar amount that you spend all together on tokens. (But anyways thats just my opinion.) TO MY SURPRISE, IT ALL PAID OFF WHEN CHUCK E. CHEESE CAME OUT AND DANCED WITH THE KIDS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DANCE FLOOR AND DID A TICKET SHOWER AT THE END OF THE PERFORMANCE!!😀VERY COOL!! HE PERFORMED TWICE WHILE WE WERE THERE. MY SON LOVED THE MUSIC AND DANCE NOT TO MENTION ALL THE EXTRA TICKETS HE PICKED UP FROM THE TICKET SPLASH! OVER ALL WE HAD A BLAST!! WE'LL DEFINITELY B VISITING THIS LOCATION MORE OFTEN!!😀😜😀😜

You know what? It's Chuck E. Cheese, not fine dining. The food was good for what it is. It was VERY clean considering the amount of people when I went. I took the kids after church Sunday. Hadn't been in YEARS. We had a blast. It's weird using cards and not having physical tickets. I recommend the bracelet holder for the game cards so the littles don't lose em. I saw cards on the floor. Lots of games. Chuck E. was great with the kids. The kids had a blast dancing. Not somewhere I'll go every week, but once in awhile it's fun to do something different. Go, have fun, and be a kid yourself and play with your kids and make some memories. They have an area for the parties, but still plenty of space for everyone .
