I have purchased bedroom sets, mattresses, a dresser, a coffee table, sofa table, and end table with great satisfaction in their product. In my previous visits, we have had great customer service. Today was the first time I'd received less than ok service. Three salespeople (2 ladies, 1 man)...and non bothered to give a friendly hello, how are you, what can I help you look for. And I don't like "helicopter sales reps" when I'm looking. I don't mind being given time to look around freely. When the gentleman did come over, it felt as if we had inconvenienced him. It was a tough decision to buy what we were looking for. We did purchase based on quality of product, price, etc. The product sold itself today....because customer service...

Terrible. Spoke with our salesperson about some flaws on their display. I specifically asked that zero damage arrive with my new items coming from their warehouse delivery, and I was assured none would be. Of course they delivered when I was at work and items had entire trim pieces missing. Do not buy from this place. You spend good money and they delivery flawed and damaged items. Very terrible. I will never step for in this place again. DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE CROOKS. 2 out of 3 pieces damaged. Live and learn. Very poor terrible. This was a gift for my wife and they ruined it. I wanted to make a purchase here but walked out after walking around the whole store because no one who worked there would even acknowledge us. One employee was so invested in his phone that he almost walked into me, and didn’t say anything. The other two employees were too busy sitting and chatting at a table to be bothered with customers.
