HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I normally LOVE Wendy's for their hot and fresh fries and speciality lemonade, but they totally dropped the ball at this location. I was attempting to order at the drive thru where the guy manning the speaker said just pull up you can tell me which lemonades you want at the window. Seemed like he was trying to rush me. When I got there, he said when u pull up to the door well discuss what lemonades you want down there. Making no sense. It was when I drove up to the door I noticed on my receipt they forgot one of my meals. I tried to get off but ALL their doors are locked. The staff just hanging out inside didn't bother to ask if I needed anything even though I clearly drove around the entire building trying every door! So I returned to first door I was at. The employee came out with just plain lemonades and I said, um u said we were going to discuss which lemonades I wanted. I'm assuming he just thought i would just accept them. He also tried to convince me to take the plain lemonades by staying that well theres an extra charge for specialty lemonades. Yea, I kno.... So he told me I need to go back around thru the drive thru AGAIN. Long story short I had to go back around only to get cold, dry fries, buns that had harsh edges, and cold smashed burgers. Read moreTook 10 minutes to complete order, 20 minutes to get it. Asked for meals, was not put on receipt. Said they would give complimentary fires due to the mix up; did not. Was out of supply for the chocolate frosty, similar to another wendy's we attempted to go to, highlighting supply issues as the workers mentioned both locations being out of chocolate frosty. Placed looked misbegotten with clear technical issues, including their point of sale system and potentially even router/WiFi from what I observed. Slashed employee benefits can be seen from an old employee recruitment ad on the wall, with permanent marker slashing out what is no longer provided, clear grim tidings for the company's treatment of workers. Janitor bucket was out in the front, giving an unpleasant smell while clearly unmaintained roof tiles showcase loose screws across the light roof tiles. Employees were nice, however a lack of both expertise and expediance is not able to be excused with plain niceties.

Read moreI ordered online, but when I got there the order still took forever! There were only 3 cars in the lane when I pulled in and 1 left without their order because they waited so long. I would have left too if I hadn't already paid for my order. And the minute maid strawberry lemonade was not good at all 🤮
Update: went there last week, ordered 3 combo meals and 3 frosty's. Total was $47!!! While that is ridiculous, I knew it would be a bit expensive not ordering off the value menu. My main concern is that the order was not correct AT ALL! They gave us the frosty's and drinks and asked us to pull up. So our drinks were melting and when we got home our food was wrong. We got a baconator with NO bacon on it???? My Spicy Gost Pepper Ranch Chicken was just a spicy chicken sandwhich. It didn't have any of the dressings as advertised. It had a tiny piece of lettuce, tomato and a smidgen of dressing. Also ordered a Dave's classic double cheeseburger with no onion. It was a single and guess what....there was onion!!!!
