What's Brewing Coffee Drive Thru — Restaurant in San Antonio

We have been going to the main location on Rhapsody for years and love it. No complaints from that location. However, today we went through the drive through 05/08/22. I ordered a 16oz drip coffee and a 12oz flat white. The barista confirmed the sizes before pulling up to the window. Once we pulled up, the barista confirmed again a 16oz drip and a 12oz flat white. When I got home I noticed the cups were smaller than usual and the flat white was very light. I took pictures which I will post, but Google won’t let me post them together. The 16oz drip was in a 12oz cup and in a measuring cup is truly 12oz. The 12oz flat white was not full at all and when put in a measuring cup measured 8oz. I will continue to visit the main Rhapsody location, but in the future just be honest if you don’t have the correct size...

I love their in person location however today I went through the drive through and had the RUDEST experience to the point that I would no longer recommend what’s brewing to anyone. I am normally so lenient and patient with customer service people having worked in customer service for years but the two girls working this morning were just blatantly rude. I had never been there so I didn’t know where to order and pulled up to the window and one girl said “why didn’t you order back there where I was trying to tell you” and I apologized for not knowing. Then she rolled her eyes and took my order. When the drinks were done the other girl refused to say anything to me when I said thank you and then said “next time just order at the window k.” Super disappointed in...

They never have anything here. Every time I come here; the workers look and sound miserably which is weird cause this location is always dead and never busy. I came for a sidecar sandwich and the little boy said he sold the last one, which is fine w/ me, but than he continued to tell me..."well I can make a fresh one but your going to have to wait an I cant tell you how long thats going to take soooo...."(awkward silence) I just okay than nvm. He sounded relieved when I said nevermind. I felt as if he was trying to get me to leave. Idk but this place has went downhill I wont be returning anymore they make you feel...
