Lately, me and my mom have been having bad experiences at this restaurant location. For a while, we stopped coming here. The reason being is, well this might sound weird, but we feel the people here like the cooks and staff don't like us. Me and my mom always order the same thing, why? Well that's our business. We feel this restaurant has taken it personal that we order the same thing, and several times, they have messed up on our orders, and our orders I will say are very simple, very simple, we don't order a darn buffet for Christ sake lol. Today we tried this place again, and the cashier had a surprised look on her face when she saw us again, and at the same time, a dislike look. Like I said, I know it sounds weird, and I'm not crazy, I saw it on her face, her eyes spoke it. Then my sister made a comment, she said, "Maybe she gave y'all that look because she's wondering why y'all still going there knowing they don't like you". Hmm, well that could be, I don't know. Oh and the last time my mom ordered a unsweet tea, it tasted like pee, like somebody peed in it, it had a strong mango taste. So, this is my review of this location, hopefully management does something about this because this isn't right and too it just seems here they care more about making money than making sure the customers are happy. I think management here needs to put their employees under review or something, not to get them fired no, but to look at the work they're doing, another words, watch them, making sure the orders are correct and all the food is in the bag, nothing is missing. I hope...
Read moreWe visited Whattaburger for the first time, while traveling on vacation through Texas for the first time. The hamburger was good, but we had other problems.
First, the ordering kiosks were not working for the touch screen. So a person took the order at the counter, while others struggled with the kiosks.
After receiving the order, the apple cranberry salad ordered did not come with ranch dressing, as ordered. I asked the counter person for ranch dressing , as it was missing. He seemed confused, and asked my wife if she wanted another salad. At that time it was just the missing dressing. That was finally resolved after explaining what we were dealing with. After my wife ate most of the salad, she realized that the chicken was missing from the salad. After reporting the missing chicken to the on duty manager, he apologized, but said that salad doesn't come with chicken. You have to ask for it. The menu on the web site said that it does come with chicken. He did not offer a discount, but only if we came in again. We told him that we were from out of state on vacation, and would not be in the area again. It was our first visit to a Whattaburger restaurant. We left at that.
The manager of this restaurant should get the kiosks fixed and the employees trained better on the menu items and double...
Read moreI went to this Whataburger with my friends tonight and we all ordered the same thing; chicken strips. I waited almost 30 minutes for my food and my friend who ordered after me even got her food first. I asked the employee about my food just in case and she just said they hadn’t called me yet. After twenty more minutes I asked another employee and even gave her my receipt, she then called over her other co-workers and all three of them just started at my receipt and were talking over it and gave it back to me later and said they where still preparing it. Turns out they were preparing someone else’s food. They even gave the other customer their food and didn’t even check if my order was the actual one being prepared. It honestly made me a bit anxious, but after giving me my receipt back their co-worker came over because he noticed the situation and the fact that we had been standing there for so long and proceeded to not only apologize to us but also make sure that everything was ok. He was amazing, got me my food and was really nice about it, he had great customer service, and it took him under five minutes the resolve everything. He even alerted the managers and they came out to...
