Long review: I've been looking for a switch for a few weeks now but haven't had any luck. I called this gamestop and they had one available so I told them I'd come by with my husband to pick it up. We had so many questions about the console and what was included. The staff Burke and Micheal did such a great job answering all of our tedious questions. Burke rang us up and made us really feel like we were being taken care of. Buying a switch was a big financial decision for us so it was nice to feel heard. We got a PS5 for my stepson for Xmas and the console just wouldn't turn on a few weeks ago. We purchased the warranty through game stop to be able to return it if anything happened. My husband went to return it and they told him they could exchange it with a used one, but they didn't have any in stock. My husband then proceeded to ask for his money back then and they told him he couldn't return it because their policy has changed. The workers were very busy and it was difficult to get their attention. I needed help buying a headphone for x-box one. I've already bought the wrong thing at Walmart, so I needed help. The young guy wasn't sure if I needed an adapter or not, yes, no, maybe, ummm, no you don't. So I get home with new headphones for my grandson, and guess what? It doesn't work without an adapter. The workers need to be skilled on what type of advice or information they are giving you. I can guess all by myself, I don't need to drive 15 miles out of my way to let someone guess for me.
