I frequent this establishment for their delicious breakfast burritos or Carne Asada fries, satisfying my cravings. However, I find it perplexing that they are frugal with their salsa allocation. They provide a mere three servings and insist on charging extra for additional helpings. Read moreFood was good I’ve always had a positive experience with this place but The other day we had went out to get some food and ordered Carna Asada fries along with our order. When we arrived home which is near SBVC we unpacked our food and everything was on point except the fries they were very soggy and undercooked just looked like fries dipped in oil. We called the place and spoke to a woman she asked what did we order and I told her remind you this is 10:45 it’s going to be 11pm and it’s super freezing outside. I told her what had happened and we haven’t touched the fries at all if we could return them another day cause it’s cold and we are in for the day. She said no it has to be now and with a receipt... like I have your bag and with your untouched undercooked food in it we legit left from there not even 10mins ago. She said there’s nothing she could do about it so I got stuck with a non eatable meal and wasted money. Will definitely have to open the box and check my order next time just thought that was poor...

I was working and went on a break and had nothing else to eat so I begin to eat the taco despte the spoiled smell. I soon after threw up multiple times and my co worker begin to feel sick. Later that day when I return with the receipt, they lied and said I used the card so the could not give me my money back when I don’t even own the card when I talked to the manager on the phone and told her if I could not have my money back, I would write a review she hung up in my face. The tacos are much better directly across the street at Alberto’s. They literally gave me food that smelled and was making me sick to my stomach, I will be reporting them to the health department immediately that place should be shut down. Me and my coworker are literally wondering that they attempt...
