HATE THAT THEY WONT ALLOW ZERO STARS Last week I had an appointment to which I drove 3 hours for, due to pending litigation for payroll tax fraud against an employer. It took me 6 months to get this appt. Officer Williams, security at the door made disparaging remarks regarding my partner, who is legally blind being able to see. As my partner proceeded to open his bag for the security, Officer Williams grabbed his arm, performing unwanted touching. Being turned away due to my being 30 minutes early, we returned to the same location in which Officer WIlliams this time DID not search the bag. Neglecting his job to search each time. Thereafter, the man providing the number asked me for details in the lobby of why I was there. WHen an appt. is made it is detailed in the system, thouroughly. Due to privacy and pending litigation I refused to give details in the public and requested that he accepts the general terms provided. Angrily he responded and proceeded to give me my number, after throwing his hand up in an offensive way in my face. Waited 30 minutes, afterwards, I approached Ms. Velasquez, the clerk. Very nasty and failed to greet me. SHe stared when I approached the window. I began speaking, otherwise we would have both been staring. When I explained the reason for being there and what I needed, Ms. Velasquez quickly responded "I have to make a call to schedule the appt.!" Then as she walked away, without any dialogue, I began communication with my partner. Suddenly, Ms. Velasquez appeared from behind the partition in a rage, demanding to know what I said. Again staring in disbelief to this out of control behavior, my response was that under the First Amendment rights I do not have to disclose my private conversation to her. Ms. Velasquez stated that she did not like what I was saying and refused to get her superior when asked. Ms. Velasquez abusing her authority and the 911 system then pushed the alarm for the police to appear. Denying me the right to speak with her manager to file a complaint. Immediately Officer WIlliams appeared as if there was a terrorist attack and lunged at me to grab my phone while I was writing the names in my notes. My partner had to block Officer WIlliams, otherwise he had his hand on his gun and ready to shoot. When partner stepped in front of me, I asked for a manager. The security guard Williams and now 4 police officers are standing around not speaking or providing information to file a complaint. Then OFficer WIlliams threatened us and said if we did not leave we would be arrested. This abuse of authority has been reported. If anybody else has had similar issues at this office, I would advise your filing a complaint at :1111 Constitution Ave. NW, Rm. #2413, Washington, DC 20224. "If it ain't in writing it don't exist". High time these entitled government funded W-2 employees be held accountable. Its about "Transparency", and if you do not go along with the program, then...
Read moreWhen I first arrived at the address on d Street in San Bernardino seemed like it was no one in the building I looked at bacon so I kept walking up the street to the corner I asked someone that was crossing the street where was IRS and they told me it's around the corner and so I went around the corner and officer asked me what I want and I told him I wanted to pay my I IRS bill that it was due. so she told me to go around the corner and the office was there. When entering the office the officer searched me and searched my bags and told me to go to the room which was closed off from the Public. There was a window. The IRS Clerk was very polite and asked me if I could help you and I told him that I'm here to pay my Taxes. I gave him my bill statement what I owed and he looked it up it only took a few minutes with interest he added the amount owed I was very shocked because of the fact that on the letter was a different amount And told him I had paid last year he looked it up and said they didn't receive the money I sent. I told the IRS clerk I sent the money certified and they should have gotten it... he said no we didn't receive it. I lost the receipt from the post office so I had no proof that I paid so I didn't argue the point I just gave him the money owed and the interest that was due. and he gave me a receipt and told me to hold on to it. I said thanks and have a nice day.., 🙏 hopefully they will find the money order that I sent...
Read moreI filed my tax return over a month ago and my tax return hasn’t been processed yet. I’m not sure the delay. I’m confused why we have a date we’re required to pay by, but not the IRS.
Update. Contacted my local congressman office sometime in the beginning of JUN and the IRS only needed 3 paystub. I’m unsure why the IRS couldn’t contact me for that information. Oh and I still don’t have my return, even though my funds were requested on 23JUN2025 to be released, which was 3 weeks ago. I’m unsure why the IRS is stealing from me.
Update. I contacted the IRS in regards to a letter I received, due to being lost by the USPS, they said I can look into my account for the letter. The representative also told me that I owe the IRS Alittle over $1k and that I would owe interest too. I contacted the congressman who contacted my tax advocate, who said that they’re still trying to confirm my earnings. Apparently what the IRS representative said was completely false. Also look like the IRS won’t be giving me interest for the 4 months it took them to complete my tax return, even though they were threatening me that I’d owe interest.
Update It’s going to take them an additional 60 days. I’m not sure why it takes 7 months to...
