McDonald's — Restaurant in San Bernardino

5/3/16 my husband my son and i are new to the area from Rancho cucamonga. We got some coupons in the mail and I was craving a burger. After hoping on Google maps we decided to make the 10 min drive to the McDonald's on 2nd (we are on 5th off the 215) we get there and get in line.. a cashier asked if we were ready to order but looked confused as if he didn't know if he could take our order. When we said we would be using two coupons for a happy meal and a buy one get one he said "He might have to do two seperatly transactions" we said "he who" he walked away and we stood there confused. The manager came up after and took our order but again the cashier and the manager didn't seem to know who should take the order so we just walked up to the managers station. He took our order seperatly. I asked to use the restroom and it was bad there was toilet paper everywhere and a diaper on the sink. One stall had no toilet paper and it was muddy. Once I used the restroom I let them know that they NEEDED to clean the restroom he just shook his head and didn't even hear what I said. We tried to find a clean table to sit at but they were all dirty with napkins crumos or trays just let on the table. My husband cleaned one off for us. They gave us our first order and we waited almost 15 min for our second one so our chicken nuggets were cold the fries weren't cooked all the way and our big macks were just thrown in the box and way to much sauce. We asked for our fries to be redone and they did but they got really busy and the tables stayed dirty the restroom wasn't touched. I don't recommend going here at all. Needs a big fix me up. I will be doing the surveys online....

I am SSOOOO Disappointed.

Look it's "Fish Friday" $2.00.

I ordered just like this. It's Fish Friday yes?? $2.00 a piece ? She says yes. "Ok I would like 3 Fish sandwiches."

" But look save yourself a bun, give me 2 sandwiches back,"

" put the meat of 1 of the sandwiches on one of the others making it a Double fish sandwich and the onther sandwich a single."

She says she would have to charge me more, I say no, and explain it again, She says ok and charges me, it does not sound correct but I wait and look at the receipt just in case I'm wrong.

NOPE IM NOT WRONG, SHE OVERCHARGE ME.

The manager said he would make it right he offered free fries or pie, I take the pie, the first young fella brings the bags, and tells me he put 3 pies in the bag, but when I prepared to eat a of the pies 20 minutes later.

ALL 3 PIES WERE EXTRA DRY, LIKE THE PIES THAT HAVE BEEN THERE PASS THE TIME AND SHOULD BE TOSSED OUT.

Oh and I asked for FRESH out of the grease pies. NOPE that did not happen either.

This is the worst McDonald's inland empire. The people that work here don't value their customers. I felt like I was treated as if I were not human. The evidence that I received was I was of no value to them although I do pay with cash and cash is accepted everywhere but it seems like this place your money is accepted in return with bitter service. And because it was only drive-thru they've gotten us a couple times already now we got to stop and make sure that everything that we ordered is in there the last time we ordered a large fries they gave us a large fry container with less than a child's meal serving. A lot of homeless people hang out around there panhandling it seems like a paying customer is not really paying but they're asking for something for free what I've learned that everything boils down to management so whoever the manager is or whoever the lead person is that day is ultimately responsible they either need to be replaced or retrained overall I would blame the general manager he's the one ultimately responsible for the...
