THIS PLACE IS INFECTED WITH BUGS AND STILL SERVING CONTAMINATED FOOD TO CUSTOMERS KNOWINGLY Very bad hygiene and absolutely no sense of responsibility or of customer service. I spotted ants in my pasta from their salad bar. So i went there to check and found crazy amount of ants on walls and around the salad bar. I didnt want to make a scene so i quietly called the manager and let her know of ants and how i found some in my food. She didnt even say sorry and just walked away saying "thank you for letting me know" So i went up to her and asked for a refund for salad bar. I said its just 15 dollars i know thats nothing but its not about money its about service." But she refused to give a refund and said ants infection is not a hygenie issue nor a bad service. At that point she was ACCUSING me of wanting free food and trying to argue with me about how ants infection is not an issue but i had no intention or need to argue. The worst customer service ive experienced. I was expecting them to move food or to make a new portion of food at the salad bar but they just wiped around the salad bar with a dirty rag. I went back there and still saw ants so i took some videos. Such a filtyhy and gross place. This place is near a big hospital and i assume many patients and visitors eat here, just like how i was here with my pregnant wife after her visit. This unhealthy practice and poor sense of hygiene is surely a huge threat to the community here.

We haven’t been to a Sizzler in years! Last time I remember we carried tray with drinks & salad plates to our table. This time the server brought us our tray which was nice. My wife ordered a Small Plate entree and came with one trip to salad bar and a drink. She asked if flavored lemonade were option and was told yes. After paying we noticed up-charge for the Peach Lemonade and were sadly surprised. She enjoyed different items from salad bar and only ate a few bites of entree and took remaining home. I ordered steak and chicken entree and unlimited salad and soup bar. I enjoyed several items from the salad & soup bar, including fruit and desert. I also only took a few bites of my entree and took majorly home. Our server was great at bringing fresh salad plates and good at drink refills. There were a few other tables of customers and several open tables. While we were still eating another employee came around vacuuming and did so around our table, it was too close for comfort as felt could have waited to not vacuum so close to our table. My wife was close to asking her to not vacuum so close to our table and she decided not to say anything. Overall was a good experience and we talked about why we had stopped coming here and expect to return.

For a staggering $70, I expected a truly memorable dining experience at Sizzler. Unfortunately, the reality was far from it. While the 8oz steak and Malibu chicken were okay, the steak had some grill marks, but the food fond is made naturally and is delicious, unlike the years of charcoal-burned marks on steaks. The real disappointment lay in the salad bar with empty and soggy featured salads and overall value. The salad bar, a once-beloved feature, was significantly smaller than other Sizzler locations, offering a limited selection of subpar options. Paying an additional $18 for a second salad bar was a questionable decision, as the quality and quantity were underwhelming. I wish I had known that the hot bar and dessert bar were only one-quarter the size of other locations. The exorbitant price tag for a mediocre meal and a lackluster experience is simply unacceptable. I wish I could have scooped my meal out of the parking lot for a refund. This Sizzler should re-evaluate its pricing strategy and focus on providing better quality, service, and value for its customers.

14 weeks pregnant, and the shock that came from seeing bugs walk all over the salad bar and into the spaghetti! Their trail was strong you can follow the infestation all the way to the cracks in the walls. Caught videos of the whole thing. Even after they so called “wiped” i got another video of the bugs coming back. They NEVER replaced the food with the infestation in it! It was lunch noon sept 6, 2024. The manager hispanic old lady with glasses just stood there on the floor watching all the people as they got their food after my complaint. Appalled and disgusted i told her “the bugs are back you know” which she replied “well take care of it!” Rudely defensive and hostile. Like what the heck? I ended up at the ambulatory center in loma linda hospital soon after.

Thing is, i could have told the people sitting next to me and all the people at the salad bar but out of sincere courtesy not to embarrass sizzler because ive been going to sizzler since i was a child, and i frequently take my family of 7 to the establishment; i quietly asked for the real manager. My husband ate salad first then he got the spaghetti. When we first discovered the ants in his food we immediately stopped eating. I never finished my half baked potato or salad (knowing it came from the same place his spaghetti was from) my husband, well needless to say our lunch was done. If you even call that a lunch. My husband took the courtesy to take the manager to the infested area privately. While i saw her killing off the bugs and shaking them in front of his face onto his shoes off to the floor! he informed her that it was in his food. She said “ its parsley. And there can be ants its a hot salad bar!” as if thats normal. My husband replied “we know the difference between parsley and moving bugs”. She said “thank you for letting me know” and went back. Quickly after, a cleaning waitress with a wet dirty rag came and she just wiped AROUND the salad bar. Spot wiped And left. They did not even replace the food or at least remove the infested spaghetti. I wasnt surprised to see that minutes after quickly a new trail formed and ants were rushing back into the same spaghetti. At this point i was pretty dumfounded. Of course i dont expect michelin customer service, but i do expect that in san bernadino county my food is not contaminated especially AFTER i talk to the manager. She was fully aware of the situation, yet she stood there on the floor like a hawk watching people instead of caring about peoples health, and handling the situation appropriately. I made a few calls to Sizzler headquarters because its appalling. I feel bad for the people that ate fast without looking at their food. My husband asked for a refund. Not my food, but for the contaminated spaghetti. She was extremely hostile, rude, arguing BACK at my husband saying “ants are not a hygiene issue and this isnt a customer service issue.” That manager gave us the worst dining experience in our lives. How can she be manager?! And if bugs in food is not a hygiene issue, then how did i end up at the hospital (i was being monitored since im high risk pregnant) the bugs on his plate ended up on my plate since we were sharing a table obviously. I write reviews on tiffany’s and cartier and other places im a vip customer in. 15$ for a refund is nothing to me. But that refund request was a chance for her to apologize to us for partaking in bug infested salad bar food. And her horrible service! When she blatantly refused to apologize saying “youre asking for a refund After eating!” Accusing us! thats funny! We had to educate her on the order we ate : salad first, spaghetti, then stopped. WTF. Thats when i decided to take proper measures. I honestly wouldnt even be leaving this review or ANYTHINGif she apologized because im a busy person. I sat there waitin. She didnt apologize. She literally stood there on the floor for the next 30 minutes just watching people take food. I told her on my way out “theres still ants/bugs” she said “well handle it” She just watched people take from the infested...

I do not live in the area but was there visiting my mom and she wanted to go to Sizzler. I was treating and wanted my mom to have whatever she wanted so talked her into adding the salad bar to her meal. She got a steak meal and I went for the ribs and steak. We ended up enjoying the salad bar so much we were full before we got to our plates. The buffet was good. However, when we wanted to take the plates home, I was given aluminum foil and a small paper bag for each plate and a plastic bag to put it all in. I looked at the corn on the cob, steaks, and bbq ribs and these 3 squares of aluminum and paper bag and thought WHAT?? He said they did not ahve containers, but what do you serve it in for to go orders? I paid $60 and was wrapping my leftovers in aluminum foil sheets barely big enough to wrap a sandwich. I wanted to snatch my tip back off the table but refrained from being as petty as the restaurant. I paid $60 for the meal and wanted to take it home and that was their solution. I am still stunned. I have never had a Sizzler do me that way before. I will never eat at another Sizzler again now. If that is a policy, or rule of that location, I have never been done like that at any other location. And whatever it is called, rule, policy, waiter whim, it needs to be looked into bigtime! Customer Service can blow customer goodwill fast when you are insulting your customers so unnecessarily. I don't know of any other restaurant that does that. Sizzler's definitely not a...
