Subway — Restaurant in San Bernardino

I cannot believe that these people even have jobs. On Monday January 17, 2022, my husband made an online order which he pre paid for and went to pick it up. Upon arriving, he walked in, and was told that he had to have a mask on. He told them that he had a medical excemption but they insisted that he get a mask. He noticed that his food was made, bagged, and ready for him to pick it up, and since it was already paid for, he attempted to grab his food. The lady at the register then grabbed him and the food as another lady from the back came out with a bat. The food then flew out of their hands and went all over the floor. He ended up leaving, told me of the incident, and I drove there to ask for the food. When I arrived, I asked them for the food, in which they said was now in the trash. I asked them to make another order which they stated they no longer had the receipt for. I told them that if they were so concerned about their safety, they wouldn't have grabbed on him the way that they did. This incident will not go unsolved as I have contacted corporate and will be reaching out to the managers and their managers. This type of behavior is completely unprofessional and to deny someone service due to medical reasons is discrimination and I will be contacting a lawyer. They should both be fired for this and I will do everything in my power to see that it happens. Absolutely and completely unacceptable and these people should be ashamed of themselves for this...

The black woman working right now as we speak on July 16th at 5:07, is rude. I am disabled and she denied me service because of my service animal that is not supposed to be denied access she start talking about a lady coming in with a cat and it pooped on the floor. That has nothing to do with a well trained service animal that helps me take my medicine. When I come to this store all the other workers are polite and they make my sandwich with out the drama all the time I spent telling her he is a service animal I could have had my sandwich so I can take my medicine. I don't know her name so I put the time and date she is at work. I sugar drops randomly and I don't appreciate having to call a Lyft just to get across the street because...

Most Humiliating situation EVER thanks to the rude and very unprofessional cashier right now. I take LASIK pills which makes me use the bathroom I offered to buy a long cookie to use the bathroom cause I was there and because SHE DIDN'T FEEL LIKE MOPPING UP THE BLEACH I literally had an adult embarrassing accident. This is the first time this has ever happened to me.
