JOE & THE JUICE — Restaurant in San Bruno

I ordered and wait at the front of the pick up counter for almost 25 mins for a small juice. My order was basically ignored, most of the customers who came after me have gotten their orders. When I went and asked for my order, the black lady mumbled some few words saying something along the line, “we have been calling your name and now your drink is cold, so we will make a new one.” Then she took the “old juice” and drank it on her way going back to the store. I was confused with 3 things: 1) I was in front of the counter the whole time and I am 100% sure my name was being called. 2) HOW CAN A JUICE BE COLD when it’s already cold and you had to make me a new one because it was cold? 3) You said you’re going to make the drink right away but you took the old one and left while drinking it.

After standing there for almost 30 mins now, I had to ask the worker who manages the counter for my order. He then ask another worker and he just simply point to the small cup that was in front of him saying “this should be it”. Upon looking at the drink, I had a feeling it was the wrong one and I was right. I took the drink in a rush and drank some as I was walking to catch my next flight. IT WAS VANILLA all along. It wasn’t Prince of Green which consist of pineapple, cucumber and lemon.

Horrible service. I was the only customer there and waited in line for ~5 minutes, not because they were busy but because two of the workers just wanted to keep chatting. Then she finally took my order and then went back to chatting, the guy that was eventually going to make my sandwich was standing there waiting for the chatting lady to put my order in the system. After about 10 minutes of talking she finally started to add my order to the system but kept getting distracted and talking. 5 minutes later she finished putting it in the system and the guy made my sandwich. 20 minutes to wait just to start making a sandwich is ridiculous.

The space was a bit dirty too and they were just horribly inefficient

Edit: I just opened my sandwich to find it wrapped in napkins that have disintegrated around it?? I ordered spicy tuna sandwich and there was a single...

Ordered a large iced vanilla latte and large coffee shake. It was at 915 pm. The young lady who took my order barely rinsed out a blender cup before using it for my shake. Not sanitary. My iced vanilla latte didn't contain any vanilla so I had to go back. She barely acknowledged me but she showed to her partner just add some vanilla. No apology, no offer to tenant or correctly. Mind you there was no one there in line at all so they weren't busy in the least. My coffee shake had so many grounds in the cup as well. $22...geez can I atleast get decent quality and service for airport prices?

No pride whatsoever in a job well done. Just there for the check I guess.

Let's just say this will be my one and only time patronizing this...
