I don't have a problem with my food but I have to write this review on service in regards to my last two pick up orders and I won't be back at this restaurant again unfortunately. If you dont want to do pickup orders just turn the service off please. I always leave the subway feeling like the women who work there are either racist or they just don't understand how pickup orders work.....
I order my food on my phone and go to pick it up. The way I see it it's better because you don't have to wait in line and they have time to prepare it without rushing.
My first visit: There were two ladies working preparing food. One was busy with the order and the other was just stading around refilling food etc. I went to check the shelf which I thought was for pickup but they keep all the pickup orders behind the counter, no problem I go to the register, no need to stand in line. I was ignored for 15 minutes they continued working with the customer there and the other lady who was standing around doing nothing didn't ask me if I needed anything or nothing.....
Finally. After waiting for sometime I was able to ask one about my pickup order....They didn't apologize or anything.....I got my food and left.
My second visit, was also a pickup order. They had 30 minutes to prepare it. When I got there I noticed the pickups were in the back no problem I went to the to the register. The lady behind the counter saw me when I arrived and proceeded to check the lady out whose sandwhich she had just made and disregarded me.... The customer was also rude to me and kinda pushed her way in front of me to pay for her food.....like nobody saw me. What to make of this??????
I know I didn't do anything wrong. I'm sure I shouldn't have stood in line for a pickup.....I don't understand what the problem is....
After the lady paid for her food God forgive her, I gently asked the lady for my pick up order. It had not been bagged yet..... She bagged it and gave it to me, no sorry for the wait, but why is there such a hassle for me to pickup my food .....

However, they said don’t have my order in their system and it took another 15 mins to check but they still can’t find it. I filed complaints to Subway immediately after this on May 20. Normally we don't eat out much, told the staff I wasn't used to ordering sandwiches which he pointed out the old menu and new menu which made it easier to order-as everything was listed. Although it is kinda pricey (inflation) the subway club was really good, and the staff was friendly with confirming my order.
