McDonald’s food is always just middle of the road type food. It’s quick, cheap that’s cool. But why the experience is always so god awful escapes me. I ordered online, thru the app. For drive thru pickup. And went to pick up the food the 2 lane drive thru was clearly an issue for the person working the headset, because they took 4 peoples order in the opposite lane without ever speaking thru the speaker in the lane I was in. Fine, I’ll go back around into the first lane since they are obviously only using the one lane. So I went around and waited in line again in lane 1. Like an episode of mtv punk’d or something… she starts only using the lane I had just come from, as 3 more cars place orders and head around… so I changed the order to in store pickup. And when I get inside I wait at the counter for an employee to acknowledge their waiting customer, only to have the manager walk over and ask me “can I help you” with an attitude like I was bothering him. So I said “yeah I’ve got an online order” he didn’t ask the order number or code just quickly snapped back “it’s not ready yet” and walked off.. I don’t expect much from McDonald’s but basic courtesy or completion or you job without being rude… I feel like it’s not asking much🤷♂️ the good news? McDonald’s restaurants are everywhere. Read moreJuly 20 2024 at 2:52pm I had awful experience at this McDonald’s woman at drive thru we were asking for our order and she was acting like she couldn’t understand us and we asked for a second and then she said take your time and proceeded to close our order and started to speak to the next customer in the next to us we came up to to window and asked her why did she close our order she said yea I closed your order we asked to speak to a manager and she didn’t have a name tag but she took our order we asked for her name as well and didn’t receive it and then we pressed and asked again the manager told us that her name was Anna we paid and got asked to pull up to spot number 2 we pulled up and an older woman came up we asked for her name and her name was Anna and we explained the situation to her and she said I’m not allowed to be at the window because my English isn’t very well that’s not fair and that she’s been having problems at that store with those exact people and we asked for the ladies real name and she told us her name was Adriana and she doesn’t understand why they said her name we went inside and got ignored while standing at the register so we took a picture and decided we are taking it...
Read moreWorst experience i’ve ever had. Today (4/6/2025 9:30pm) I ordered online through the app, I arrived about 15 minutes later and they told me they could not find my code. They told me in the drive through after making me sit for almost 15 minutes and a line forming behind me they could not help me, so I went inside. When I went inside I was greeted by a cashier named Jesse who is the only person I have anything positive to say about, he directed me to the manager who first pretended to not be the manager by saying she was in the back busy until I said I needed to speak to her urgently and then she admitted her position. After proving my order to her with address, online app, bank, email recipients, and the code that was still visible on my screen she continued to say she could not help me and said I would have to re-order my food and pay again or leave, when I tried to respond she walked away from me in the middle of my sentence.
