Been here a few times and food is good. However, no kids menu or no high chairs ( that we know of since we’ve never been asked if we need any). Service has always been a struggle and slow but tonight was another level of absolutely awful. Worst dining experience we have ever had. We tried getting a table but the hostess didn’t know if they could accommodate us nor what the wait time would be nor adding us to the wait list. She mentioned that the staff rolled their eyes to her when she asked them for help on seating or a wait! So second try to seat and we got sat thankfully but literally took 25 minutes to get a water let along see our server. No sense of urgency and service towards anyone. We had to grab a random server to ask when we would see someone and get greeted. Took another 15 min for our drinks to come out. After we got our food order in that was another long wait. Ended up having another server take care of us since our original stayed behind the bar and never came back out to us. Two out of the 6 food orders came out and the other four never came out until we all wanted to leave 1.5 hours later. One of the orders didn’t get what he asked for either but ended up leaving since he was beyond annoyed tonight. 2 out of 6 people ate and the four took the food to go since it was the longest and worst service ever. Felt bad for the server for ended up taking care of us but she and the food runner were nice and handled themselves with poise. I would be more than embarrassed with how everything went with service. We weren’t the only table that was waiting over an hour and ended up getting upset about their terrible experience. Owner needs to recognize the terrible service, if not they will be loosing customers with this happening since I’ve heard others say they’ve had the same experience. Very...

By far the worst service I’ve had in a long time. The bar and restaurant was empty yet we sat at the bar for about 15 minutes before I had to make eye contact with the bartender for her to even acknowledge us although she had been talking to the male customer next to us. The bartender seemed annoyed when we spoke to her to put in a drink and appetizer order. 30 minutes later still no appetizer and still no follow up from the bartender. She was too busy socializing with her friends to bother coming by and checking up on us or the food order. At that point the lead bartender for the night came in for her shift and the first thing she did was check up on us. She was great but at that point we were irate and more than ready to go. We asked to speak to the manager and he asked us what we thought the solution was. That’s his job not ours. What he could of started with was making sure our food order was in and get us better competent service. His offer of free drinks was declined because it wasn’t about getting anything free, it was as simple as getting good service that we were more than...

Bartenders and waitresses need to get it together. We got there at 9 on Fri night and were told a couple times table service ends in a half hour. Ok great, well get me menus, silverware so I can order and get out. Seems no one wanted to wait on us. 5 people, food and drinks. 20 min to get our drinks. We did order food and it was very good. Came out fast once someone finally waited on us. We saw a table of 6 girls come in, no service, got up and left! I had to get up and get my own menus, after they said you can sit anywhere. Then when the food came out, food runner grabbed little plates, but no silverware or napkins. Not sure where my server went? I got up to get my own napkins and silverware. Definitely a college bar, drunk guys hugging on each other in t shirts and pajama bottoms. I hope if you sit at the bar you get better service. I'll try it again, just because the food was good. Hopefully the staff will pay attention and get some experience waiting on people. Sorry cute girls, you need to hustle a little if you want to make money. Not just stand around...
