Wonderful experience! Came on a Wednesday night with a party of five and were promptly seated. Lots of space and (in a good way) funky atmosphere. Rad art.
Food was terrific—the fries are like an elevated version of those at a certain palm-tree enshrined chain restaurant… would seriously go back just for those. Three folks had the standard burger, wife had the chicken sando, and I had the Blue Cheese burger. All were cooked to perfection, and tasted AMAZING. Well balanced and good variety of food while still keeping the options within a manageable amount.
Terrific beer offerings, enjoyed one from local Artifex brewing. Super pairing with the meal.
Since it was vacation, got a little treat in the form of the Bourbon ice cream. WHOOOOO. Did NOT disappoint. Absolutely wonderful.
Definitely a must-go for burgers; best one I’ve had in the area.

Read moreKrazy Kooters is hands down my favorite place—it captures the true SoCal vibe in the best way possible. From the moment you walk in, you’re hit with good energy: chill music, great decor, and a laid-back coastal feel that instantly makes you want to stay a while.
The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and full of personality, just like the place itself. Whether you’re there for a quick bite or a full meal, you can taste the love in every dish.
What really made the experience stand out though were the owners and staff. The owners were incredibly warm and welcoming, and the staff was super friendly and attentive without being overbearing. You can tell they care about their customers and their community.
Krazy Kooters isn’t just a place to eat—it’s a vibe, an experience, and one that keeps you coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for good food, good people, and good...
Read moreKrazy Kooters is located inside the Triangle of downtown San Clemente and replaced a different bar that used to be there several years ago. There is a lot of outdoor seating as there is a second floor patio. Seating inside is a little more limited but the interior decor gives off a fun eclectic vibe and there is a large, semi secluded table that would be great for a dinner party. Brunch portion sizes are very generous. I ordered the gravy and biscuits, which came with two ginormous biscuits that were a little dry. The gravy had sausage bits and was flavorful but a little too heavy for my tastes. However, the eggs were over easy perfection. While we waited for our food, there was a magician walking around who gave us a mini card show. Brunch at Krazy Kooters is definitely a unique experience and my favorite part of it all was the live reggae music...
