Utter disaster tonight ordering take out. Called at 4:40PM to order food, told it would be ready in 15 minutes. 20 minutes later I'm almost to restaurant, they call to say sorry but the kitchen just informed her that the garlic noodles I ordered for my picky 2 year old and Reuben Sandwich for husband are out and I need to order something else. First thought, my burger and other food is already ready and waiting for me and will be cold. I asked if there are other noodles, was told no. I told them I would order more when I arrive. Ordered a chicken sandwich and mac and cheese (other noodles on menu) and ask to talk to manager. I was pretty nice with male manager but it's like look, the garlic noodles were my whole reason for coming there to get my kid to eat. But 20 mins to call me, come on. He offered me a 20% discount. Not great but I want to go home so I sign bill and TIPPED. Get home, no chicken sandwich and no mac and cheese. I took a bite of burger before my starving husband takes off with it. I head back over, call twice and immediately get hung up on so they could stop the phone ringing. 5 or 6 calls later I get the girl at front, explain and ask for manager. He's just kind of aloof. Did I get my meatballs and burger he asks after I just explained what I'm missing. Told him my husband is probably eating my burger at that point, he says he'll make me another. I ask to make sure the tater tot side is with the chicken sandwich because that was original side. Restaurant is packed, had to park in no parking area to run in to get food. When he comes out with food he says "here's your burger and the bag I forgot". So now the reordered food has been sitting around 30 mins too. He says sorry and offers me NOTHING else. I leave, get home and am eating by myself now almost 2 hours after I ordered, my 2 year old doesn't want to sit any longer to eat the mac I just drove to get and guess what...tater tots side I asked to make sure is there is...chips. When you mess up, own it, but especially when you mess up this much you should take care of your customer. Who knows when we'll be back at this point. This should have been free for the experience...

Overall I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys good food, beer, and/or ports. We have come here to grab a beer with friends before but this time we actually sat at a table and enjoyed some food and drinks, so I figured I'll review it. I haven't had their regular wines but they have some very nice beers; some of the best beers I've had have been produced by this establishment. The food at Cork and Craft (not sure if it's technically all the same company or not, but I'll still comment on it anyway) was fantastic. We had the wagyu tartare and the poutine, both of which presented wonderful flavors. I tried a bite of the duck which was perfectly prepared. I tasted the happy hour mac and cheese, which had egg noodles instead of regular macaroni. While it was good, I would prefer to try the regular macaroni version next time. The dessert ports are so delightful and were the most impressive aspect of our visit this evening. I've never had ports before but I imagine that this was probably a fantastic selection for a first impression. In sum, I have absolutely no complaints and have been repeatedly impressed by everything that has been produced here, and would gladly recommend it and suggest it to anyone and everyone. Will definitely...

Abnormal Beer

Beer Choices: Plenty , ~ 30 taps

  • Top 5 Beers (No-Particular Order) * Mostra Mocha Stout Dubbel Avec Framboise (collaboration with Green Flash) CHOCOLATE CITRUS PORT

Yes, only 3 beers. I gave 3 stars based on their beers, if not, I would give them 5 stars.

Ambiance The interior is very rustic and modern Open style kitchen, all visible

Prices Standard cafe: $7-10 Drinks are about $5-10 per glass (the Ports are more expensive of course) Tastings range form $15-25. The place doesn't offer taster one offs. You have to buy 5 for $15 or get half pours

Food Appetizer, Brussel Sprouts, Cheese plate + artichoke dip + pita chips, bread and basil oil Great Chicken Pesto Paninis Arugula & Kale Salad Tomato soup

Try this WInery A generous flight with good pours :) (Hint) Check out the chocolate raspberry port, YUM!! Jams are good too

Highs Service and Bartenders, very friendly and warm Pleasant indoor setting Lot of food varieties, but not great, but ok to have with Beer Not many places have good combination of Beer + wines

Lows Weird Location for a brewery. Expensive Noise levels can be harsh in here when it is full Not...

When I first walked in I was expecting a traditional brewery, I didn't know anything about this place, and I felt a bit disappointed. However, I was impressed by Roberts amazing customer service, and his great recommendations. The beer was great, and the Nashville chicken sandwich was amazing. Not only was Robert welcoming and fun to talk to, I witnessed him being challenged by a customer who was immediately on the defensive when she was unhappy with her own drink selection. Of course the customer got her way, despite being very rude, and still Robert held his own better than most, with class and respect. Needless to say I will definitely return.

The food was good. I really liked the ceviche. The beet salad had interesting flavor but the portion size for the cost was really small and it didn't have hardly any greens in it. The risotto was decent but had no flavor to explain the green tinge. I was hoping for a nice pistachio flavor. The gnocchi was good. Service was good. I was warned about the lack of greens on the salad so that was good. I still question the wisdom of having that item on their menu at that cost. I like this place and since it's near work will likely continue to come here.
