ART BURGERS — Restaurant in San Diego

Went to eat in Barrio Logan and had to try this place. They are located in the Barrio Food Hub which is mainly for take out and food deliveries, but also has some nice seating tables outside if you want to eat there. First thing you notice is that everything is fresh and high quality. There was thought behind each ingredient used, the way it was prepared and how it blends with the other ingredients. The buns are home-made, the meat is high quality, the fries are THE BEST- double fried soft and full of taste. It's not the regular crispy fries you get in fast food chain restaurants, its the kind you find in Shawarma and Falafel shops in the Mediterranean. I ordered the Dali Burger with an egg wrapped in a crispy shell that kept it intact, so that when I took a bite it popped! This was the best burger I had in San Diego. My husband ordered the Shishi Burger which has a mix of lamb and beef with lots of sauces and flavors, delicious!!! My son took the Michelangelo Burger with a syringe that added flavors to the meat and melted Cheddar cheese (you can choose from 4 different types of cheese). Our daughter ordered the wings with the peanut butter sauce on the side, both kids finished everything (!) and it was a lot of food. For dessert had the Choco-Roll which was exactly how I love it- not too sweet and with perfect proportions between the filling and the roll.

Some of the BEST burgers I’ve had in SD is right here at Art Burger. High quality meat, they cut the patties in house and cook to perfection, mine was covered in cheese, fresh cut lettuce, tom, onion, pickles and a special sauce to inject into your beef.. very generous portions and amazing attention to presentation and every detail. The fries double fried. The garlic aioli made w confit garlic a deep rich flavor! My can of coke came w a cup of ice with a slice of lime inside! After our meal the chef/owner Shlomi happen to walk by and asked how we liked our food, he was so friendly and shared info on how they prepare their burgers etc. He then gifted us some of his incredible fried chocolate crepe creation!! Wow... this is so good! I just had Art Burgers and was absolutely blown away by the experience. The burgers here are nothing short of spectacular, blending a Mediterranean touch with unique and innovative flavors that left my taste buds dancing with delight. The quality of the meet is top-notch, evident in every juicy, perfectly cooked bite. Each burger is a masterpiece, crafted with care and creativity.
