Worst customer service experience I’ve dealt with. I love burritos Santana so I was excited when I found a coupon to use with them. However, after approaching the counter and ordering my food I was highly disappointed in the level of customer service I was dealt. After ordering I very audibly told the cashier that I had a BOGO free coupon from dining advantage while showing her my phone and pressing the redeem now. She was not listening to me nor cared to look up as when she did she said we can’t accept that since I didn’t push the “redeem now” button. When someone who I assume was her manager came over, I told her what happened and she said that since her employee didn’t push the button my coupon was not valid. So needless to say I won’t be eating here anymore because had her associate been listening or paying attention she would have a) looked up when I was speaking to her to witness me pressing the button righ in front of her and/or b) stopped me from pressing the button myself so that she could have pressed it. Needless to say I will not ever be coming back after being...
Read moreOk, I have lived in City Heights for 10 years almost. I used to pass by this place and ignore it because of the name. I have been to places called Santanas before and have always been disappointed. However within the last month I have been coming here after work because I have been tired of Aiberto's by the Jack in the box on University. Now Aibertos is pretty good but Burritos Santanas consistently has the flavor I've been searching for. If you like shrimp and carne asada the La Paz is the best burrito hands down at this place. Their rolled tacos are only beaten by Saritas is Casa de Oro. Tonight I got the adobada fries. I've gone to TJ just for adobada tacos after my sons dentist appointments.
This place has great Adobada burritos and tacos. The best I've had this side is either tacos el gordo or Aibertos. So here is a look with high hopes and a healthy appetite....
Read moreI order through the drive thru on May 25th,2023, at around 10:30ish pm. My order total came up to $32.85, I pull up to the window and I hand the cashier who has brown hair with blonde highlights and wear black glasses, a $50 dollar bill. She then handed me my change, but it was not the correct amount. She handed me $12 and some cents back, I then recalculated and realized that I needed to be handed $17.50, not $12 dollars. After I informed the cashier, described above, that she had handed me the wrong amount of change, instead of listening to what I was explaining, she dismissed my claim and told me that she had given me the right change. She refused to recalculate and acknowledge that she made a mistake. A suggestion to management is to hire competent people who can hand customers the correct change! This is...
