The first time I went to this restaurant, about a week ago, I ordered the rolled tacos and was extremely satisfied. The rolled tacos were perfect and the hot sauce was soooo yummy! I literally wanted to drink it. I thought, "I have to try some other dishes at this place."

The second time, I decided to try a burrito. I'm a pretty picky eater, so I usually order the plain carne asada burrito. I know that this can be difficult to understand (especially through the drive-thru) so I usually try to speak and enunciate clearly and I also give the instructions twice. I asked for a Plain Carne Asada Burrito, with the meat only, please.

I get up to the window and my total is $8.46. Expensive but I thought it might be worth it.

I drive all the way back to work, park, take a bite and immediately notice it is not plain.

I drive back to this place, tell them that I asked very clearly and specifically for a plain carne asada burrito. I was expecting to get some kind-of discounted price, a free drink, chips and salsa, a side of beans, ANYTHING to make up for your poor customer service. Nothing. Just a "sorry." I would have even been happy with a more sincere apology. I probably would have come back in the future if the situation was somehow reconciled.

Instead, you have lost a customer and you get this enlightening review!

Side note: The hot sauce somehow changed flavors completely in a week and the burrito honestly tasted...

I ordered food in the drive thru I was the only car he couldn’t understand me so I went to the window explained what I wanted then this guy had to charge me 3 different times and he didn’t even give me the 3rd receipt and they gave me my orders at separate times . He is deaf doesn’t listen and plus the carneasada is trash they don’t even cook it on the grill it’s all coldish warm and the color looks like it’s been boiled and sitting for a while and the bread wasn’t even heated up it was all cold . Honestly still ate it because that was my only meal but I ordered the hot Cheetos carneasada burrito with beans and rice on the side . Beans and rice was good but the burrito was just cold and meat was weird but the guy was weirder charged me 3 different times I still don’t know what the 3rd charge was for and I payed like 26$ for what a burrito rice beans and drink smh expensive did me I think. Don’t Go Here TRASH !!! And rip off and doesn’t listen to u. Oh and they didn’t even put any guac barely a splash their was nothing in it and barely any...

I am in love with the Carne Asada Fries from Castanedas. My favorite thing about them is the fresh cut fries which so many people complain about. Maybe it's just me, but I prefer a fresh cut potato to a bagged frozen french fry. Sure, they may be soggier than the frozen, but I'd gladly take a soggy fresh fry over a crisp frozen one any day. I think the meat is very good and of the many times I have visited never had any gristle or fat on my carne asada. There is plenty of cheese and sour cream. The only bummer to me is the guacamole. It's the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. Unfortunately this guacamole tastes watered down and doesn't taste much like avocado. I wish they would not water it down.

The service has always been great. I have not had any issues with my orders whether ordering inside or through the drive thru. The staff is always friendly and pleasant. It's one of my top choice to order carne...
