You can never go wrong with Chick-fil-A. I recently visited Chick-fil-A and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the food and service. I had the pleasure of trying their Deluxe Chili Burger, fries and nuggets and they were all nothing short of exceptional.
The Deluxe Chili Burger was perfectly cooked and had just the right amount of spice to it, leaving my taste buds yearning for more. The fries were fresh and crispy, while the nuggets were simply amazing - crunchy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside.
What impressed me the most, however, was the level of customer service that the staff at Chick-fil-A provided. They were friendly, attentive and really went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfect.
Overall, I cannot recommend Chick-fil-A enough. Only thing was there was no menu boards available for my friend to view prior to ordering, and she was a bit disappointed that the chicken sandwich in her meal, although well prepared and incredibly fresh, was basically nothing but a big chunk of white meat chicken breast and the roll. I go there and run into this Older Hispanic lady who has been doing the morning shift for a long time and I have realized in the last 5 years that communication wasn’t her strong point nor was being pleasant. She is the chick fil à version of Groucho Marx. She has got my orders wrong on several occasions in the past but I have always managed to get them fixed. I dreaded give her the order over the speaker system. In any case she was supposed to give me a replacement breakfast filet despite my assertions and proof and she wanted the original receipt.
