I have been coming to this location for the past 10+ years. Never have I had a more insulting experience. Ever since the last year this location has been messing up my and my family's orders by either forgetting items or putting beef when we specify we want chicken or beans in the food only. After so much patience, it has reached a point where it is too much. Today, I ordered a 7$ Luxe Cravings box. I just wanted some food to enjoy After a long day, and I order chicken and potatoes in my items since I can't have beef due to religious reasons. I go through my order once I receive it and sure enough, there is beef in every item except one. That just shows their inconsistency with making sure your order is done right. As I make my way back through the drive through, I say "Hi, we just ordered, and 3 of the items were not done correctly." In a very calm tone. Their worker replies, "Are you lying, bro?" What kind of disrespectful response is that? When a customer says something is wrong and you ask if they're lying. Anyways, I reply no. And, in a sarcastic tone, they reply, "Alright well, as long as it's on the receipt, we'll see." I pull up to the window and the man peeks out and asks for the wrong items and recipt and I hand it over. Then, he calls two more of his co-workers and starts going through my reciept. They snicker and laugh and crack jokes clearly about me and dont say anything to me for a good 2 minutes. Then, I listen more intently as one of them says, This idiot can't even order right." I am not a confrontational person, because I don't like starting drama in public. So, I ignore their comment but tell them I'm done and I don't want anything from them anymore. Before I drive off, they hand me 3 coupons for 3 Tacos that are beef only and no substitutions can be made. If that's not utter disrespect and spite, I don't know what is. I hope you guys enjoy losing a regular customer that funds your BS. I won't be returning to this...
Read moreThis Taco bell has been hostile to transgender guests for quite some time. I've tried pleading to the manager Alma and made several complaints to corporate over the last six years but nothing's changed. Despite this being my childhood/ neighborhood Taco Bell, I am clearly no longer welcome and have went to social media to ask anyone who supports transgender rights to please join me in boycotting this store.
Over these last six years, I've completely 180'd my opinion on the company as a whole. I wanted to get married at the Taco Bell in Vegas and honeymoon at the Taco Bell Resort.... But now, I know that corporate is not willing to fire anyone for harassing transgender guests and my business was never appreciated or welcome. Because of my efforts for a while they stopped pronouns all together when taking orders at the drive thru, which I prefer to people's rude assumptions.
Previously, my girlfriend and I were only eating Taco Bell twice a month. From now on, we are reducing this once a month and only the Poway Taco Bell location because they have never tried degrading my dignity for a fast food order. Since DEI has been dismantled at several companies, I have operantly boycotted Target, Amazon and McDonalds to name a few. IT WOULD NOT be that hard to stop eating at Taco Bell all together.
Lastly, I don't have people being rude to me anywhere else in my life. This Carmel Mt. Taco bell is in fact the last place opposing my transition and being so bigoted. IF YOU ARE TRANSGENDER OR SUPPORT TRANSGENDER HUMAN RIGHTS, please don't eat at...
Read moreSo, I am a common customer at Taco Bell, however, their service has always been very inconsistent. My family and I always go in order to purchase a meal for around 10 - 20 dollars for the four of us, which is by itself, an absolute steal. However it has its flaws, one time I bought chips with nacho here. They only gave me the freaking nacho, no chips whatsoever, like what the hell am I going to do with a lousy small cup of cheese? Another time, my sister bought a taco from here, and as she dug into the bag with joy to look for the taco, it was freaking gone. We contacted and went back to the restaurant to retrieve her taco, and I guess they did give us a complimentary taco, so that made up for the loss of my sister's taco. Lastly(this was very utterly disgusting), I found someone's hair in my taco?! Absolute garbage. Perhaps tell your employees to wrap their hair in hairnets, this was absolutely unacceptable. They gave us a complimentary for their error, but I don't believe you can fix it with complimentary tacos as this is a serious health hazard. HOWEVER,...the food is good for the price, and there are various different food options you can select from. Tacos and burritos are to crave for at times, and Taco Bell is a cheaper alternative if you are looking to eat for a small...
