Disastrous Delivery Experience at Domino’s Pizza
I recently had the most appalling experience with Domino’s Pizza that I feel compelled to share. It all started when their delivery driver thought it appropriate to park directly in front of my garage, obstructing my access. When I politely requested her to move so I could park, she became defensive and promptly cancelled the delivery, leaving me without the food I had ordered.
Upon contacting Domino’s Pizza to address the issue, I was shocked to be accused of yelling at their delivery driver. This accusation was entirely false; all I did was ask her to move her vehicle. To substantiate my claim, I provided video evidence from my outdoor camera, clearly showing the sequence of events. Despite presenting undeniable proof, they refused to acknowledge their mistake and instead sided with their dishonest employee.
The most disappointing aspect of this ordeal was the utter lack of professionalism displayed by Domino’s Pizza staff. Rather than rectifying the situation, they chose to dismiss my evidence and treated me with blatant disrespect. It was disheartening to see how they ganged up against me, disregarding my valid concerns and ultimately forcing me to abandon my attempt to reason with them.
In conclusion, my experience with Domino’s Pizza was nothing short of a nightmare. Their delivery driver’s incompetence, coupled with their refusal to acknowledge the truth, left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere, and I urge others to think twice before patronizing a company that values deceit over customer...
Read moreThis comment is going to sound like I work for Domino's or know someone who does... but I'm just a regular person with no personal connections. This is seriously the best Domino's ever. I'm very surprised to see the other reviews on here. I guess you never know when you'll get the "lemon pizza" of the day. In my experience, the drivers are always so fast and super-friendly. The pizza is always perfect. The Gluten-Free crust has allowed me to enjoy real (delicious) pizza again with the convenience of delivery. Before Domino's came out with the Gluten-Free Crust, I would have to make a frozen pizza while my family waited for their pizza to arrive from a pizza place. I wish I could order a larger size, but the small feeds 2 people (or I can have about 2-3 meals on my own). I've never suffered any physical consequences when I eat the Gluten-Free crust, even though it's made alongside regular-flour crusts (they have a disclaimer about this on the website). Obviously if you're extremely sensitive to gluten, then you'd need to find a pizza place that serves only gluten-free products, but this would apply to all restaurants. The rest of my family can eat gluten, so they've tried more from the menu; they're always very happy. Everyone loves the new Garlic Bread Twists. I don't know if the Bread Twists are a limited-time thing, but I know we'll be ordering them again as long as they're available. (Note to Domino's: Please make a gluten-free version of the Bread Twists!!) This Domino's earns 5 stars every time we...
Read moreOrdered two pizza's using a coupon for large 3 topping pizzas for $7.99 each. One of the pizza's consisting of Garlic, Jalapenos, and Diced Tomatoes came back as $8.99. Upon asking the local branch about this the manager said that the garlic and the diced tomatoes were "Premium" toppings. The Diced tomatoes were also on the 2nd pizza which did not raise the price of that pizza. I explained that it did not show on the website anywhere that the topics I picked were premium. The woman I spoke to who claimed to be the manager was rude and not helpful. Also, we ordered 4 sides of ranch, we only received 3. On top of this there were hardly any toppings on the pizzas. We order pizzas from here a lot and know how the pizzas are supposed to look. Unless Domino's has decided to cut costs and barely put any toppings on the pizzas (which I doubt), this was a piss poor job. One jalapeno per slice of pizza, not even one tomato per slice. Also, the pizza that was charged a dollar more also had olives on it that were not ordered. A very disappointing experience to say the least.... Especially because management doesn't even care.
